RiRi Hearts MAC Fall Collection (October 3, 2013)

I hardly doubt it, if stone is not available on the mac site that means its not in stores online or stores. If its at CCO, it has already been discontinued since I have bought some already there. Also, customer service is unable to locate this item even through the goodbyes section on the mac site. There has been rumours that it has been available at free standing store only and pro stores, which is true until the sell out of their stock and will no longer be manufacturing it. Stone is one of my staples, if it was still available, I would be umm totally happy.

Not necessarily though because there are items that are still in the stores and on the websites that are in CCO's. I'm sure you know that though since you've been to a CCO. But yeah, like I said, I hardly trust anything customer service says.

Yeah, at 8:15 PST, so it was really close haha. But, I think that was a part of why I couldn't check out. Their site was doing something stupid every time i input the gift card info. It would just take me back to the main page. That was in my e-mail. I told them I don't understand why in the world a mac gift card i got off of their website would not work on their website. Ridiculous!

Okay ...that is crazy. They owe you an apology. An apology in a black box.

Oh yhea that is true, cco does have some perm items, but usually more discontinued/ lE items. I mean, I would totally be happy if stone were still available =D, I just don't want anyone to have their hopes up if they are unable to find it. Its best to call the free standing store and pro store. I've been in a long term relationship with stone since 2004 lol

I am a teacher, so I planned ahead for this collection. My lunch is over at 11:50pm EST, and I had an observation at 12:15pm. There was no way I could order at school. So, I had my sister on one computer, and her best friend on another computer at home to place my order. Both of them were on-line promptly at 12:00. Neither one was able to leave the waiting room before they went to work at 2:00pm!!!! There is no free standing store or MAC counter by me. No Nordstrom, No Dillard's or Bloomingdales. I hope and pray these items become available on those department store websites. I called a Nordstrom near the Detroit area, and they acted like they were unaware of it being on-line. All I wanted was the NUDE lipstick and TTT l/s. So sad right now!!!!

Thank you for the work that you do, DiamondDiva.

I hope everyone gets a second chance when the collection launches on other retailers' websites. And there won't be any waiting room nonsense, either!

*sigh* been battling for one hour and i got all i want in the cart but the checkout process takes too long and everytime it refreshes it takes out one saying NUDE is sold out, TALK THAT TALK is sold out until nothing's left on my cart lol!  This happened to me with the blush

I didn't get it at a CCO. I know how CCO's and MAC works. Regular customer service was who I called.

ETA: There are regular items at the CCO that are not discontinued. Wipes, the 205 brush, regular shadows, lots of stuff at the CCO is not discontinued.

Soooo from 12-5pm i had MAC website on the desktop and can u believe i never made it out the waiting room?! Luckily i also had it open on my cell ,it went thru much faster even though i was only able to get one item

I was able to order 3 lippies: nude, ttt, and wtc and the diamond cream color base. My order status says pending, but I'm still nervous that MAC will cancel it. Why do I get anxiety over makeup when there's more important things to worry about?! Talk about priorities!

Do you ever head out to Troy? It's a drive but there's a Mac Store plus macys & Nordstroms. You can call to set up appointments for the collections.....the only downfall is that you have to be there at the earliest time to grab anything.

I would go to Troy, but I actually live on the West side of the state, near Kalamazoo.

Yeah, right. So I can deal with sitting in another pointless waiting room? Love their "solution". They didn't even address my actual complaints about not being able to check out or the thing with the gift card. I didn't miss out due to the demand. It was their website.

I feel like I need a better response.

I can understand what you're going through...I ordered Nude lipstick and it is still pending. It was my first time having to be in a waiting room. I am anxious about my order getting canceled as well. Just hang in there....
