Thanks to honey on boost I was able to get the last piece to the collection talk that talk. So im set. Final haul: Riri lipstick Nude lipstick Talk that talk lipstick Talk that talk plwp Bggg blush Hibiscus kiss blush duo 187 brush I want to return nude lipstick but since so many ppl missed out ill sell it in the clearance bin. But thats if i dont grow to love it lol

Yeah, right. So I can deal with sitting in another pointless waiting room? Love their "solution". They didn't even address my actual complaints about not being able to check out or the thing with the gift card. I didn't miss out due to the demand. It was their website.

You definitely need a better response ..... one of the hallmarks of poor customer service is failure to address the customer's concern. And with your presence on this site any feedback that you receive will be viewed by multiple MAC customers. Customers that already have a 'bad attitude' toward MAC for the way that they handled this launch. HUGE audience that spends MAJOR money. An audience that is wiling to take their money to other brands that are willing to correct situations like this instead of offering a standard 'canned' response.

Call the Customer Service Line - they can do better, they need to do better and they should. PERIOD.

That's bull too. I've signed up to MAC online and I always get an email the day a collection launches. I knew far in advance about the RiRi fall collection from this website but I didn't get the email from about today's online launch until 3:00pm EST. If I hadn't known about the launch already, I would have missed out by 3:00pm. It's useless!

Just tried to buy Stone over the phone and CS said they don't have it... I figured they wouldn't, but I figured it was worth a go. I am desperately trying to track it down. I should check my CCO and stores I guess. Wish me luck!

You know. . . I didn't like that the first thing I saw in the waiting room was the line "some things might be sold out so you can always shop RiRi Holiday" or words to that effect. It was like "too bad for you but make sure you come back for more."

Oh yhea that is true, cco does have some perm items, but usually more discontinued/ lE items. I mean, I would totally be happy if stone were still available =D, I just don't want anyone to have their hopes up if they are unable to find it. Its best to call the free standing store and pro store. I've been in a long term relationship with stone since 2004 lol

I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't ordered and my card was charged. It was not gone but not forgotten either.

LOL! MAC could be a little more professional. Who do they think they are to tell their customers to be patient. We were patient in the waiting room for hours. It's not our fault their site was messing up yet again. Sure patience is important, but so is having a website that can function properly when you're a business as big as MAC is and you have a collection as big as this launching. Come on now. Don't preach to us.

I was able to order 3 lippies: nude, ttt, and wtc and the diamond cream color base. My order status says pending, but I'm still nervous that MAC will cancel it. Why do I get anxiety over makeup when there's more important things to worry about?! Talk about priorities!

When my order is pending status.. I have to have xanax on hand to keep me calm!

Mac orchidstrate and riri nude are exactly the same except different finishes. I forgot to mention i'm nw 25-30, and RIri nude looks beautiful!!

Makeup is the one place I should be able to go and be unbridled-ly gratuitous! Oh hell no they didn't!! Why MAC why be an asshole!? Yeah so if any of you ladies need riri items i have some like hk special packaging ttt lip liner her cocoa quads shoot me a email [email protected] so i can get your fb info or whatever not trying to sell for extreme prices cause there my back ups so i be willing to part for retail price because i know what it is i sat for 4 hours just for brushes cause it was the only items i needed i had everything else pre release on the 18th
