i'm in skyline/paradise hills area...right near the 54, 94 and 125 freeways haha but i gave my money to a friend she's going to pick up my lippies for me. she's better equipped for knocking store doors down at the crack of dawn. plus that MAC is sooooooooo small and always packed. really a bad location if you ask me.

I couldn't agree more! I hate going to that one. I'd rather drive to the one in fashion(I've been treated better there). I hope you get your stuff, tomorrow is gonna be crazy.

Nude has been compared to HC pretty much every day since it was released last week, as well as Our Pick and a handful of other colours, and compared to VG II just within the last hour or two.

I love the long wear and the super matte-ness!! So that's a yes! haha!
And that sounds right up my alley then also!! And I always change colours up slightly with lip pencils or even other lipsticks so I think it's a must also!!

I'm a neat freak and I love my new system. I got everything from The Container store except for the white drawers. Those are from Michael's. I don't have space for a vanity and my space in general is limited. I love the white dividers. I bought them to help organize my polish drawers and ended up using the left over pieces to organize my lipsticks. I'll just quote some of my original post from the nail polish thread with the info and links:

I had no issues with FOD in terms of application, but I also wore it over a regular MAC liner. I didn't have the transfer issues with FOD either. I'd say they are different colors though (FOD more red/brown and TTT more purple/wine) and I love them both, I just wish I didn't have to fight with the application.

I might be one of the few but i loved the pour it up video. I loved esp the fact in carribean/urban culture big butts are really a big deal and shes still doing her thing with a tiny butt. Even though so many people are commenting saying she has no butt. Gives me more confidence as the only one in my family with a tiny butt to keep shaking my thang lmfaooo

just like miley. pleople giving awful comments about her butt. like WTH. i think they both have amazing bodies so to me they can be naked all the time if they want to and do wherever the hell they want to. i dislike them both. well not really, since i dont like them, i ignore everything they do. there is no need to hate. like i would never watch a video of them and post hateful comments. i hate when people do that with people i like LOL so why be like them.

It's not necessarily a knock on Mac because I don't require my makeup brands to be classy, but come on. When I think classy I think Chanel or Guerlain or YSL. Mac is in the corner of the seedy club with Urban Decay. Nothing wrong with that, but no one should be surprised that Mac would be as happy as a pig in s--t to collaborate with Rihanna.

I already mentally berated then forgave myself for buying anything Rihanna from this collection because I don't really like her attitude, I find her taste in men and fashion questionable at best, and I don't really think she can sing. I'm not her target audience anyway, so she doesn't even want me looking at her video. Just make sure my lipsticks arrive tomorrow in pristine condition.

The UPS depot is also at Keele and Steeles but on the north side of Steeles which I guess qualifies it as Concord and not Toronto. With proximity like that, MAC should be directly loading orders into a UPS truck from their warehouse. Wish it worked that way.

I ordered from Mac Canada and I got a shipping notification yesterday and it was delivered today!
