I actually ordered some stuff from them, the bank held the money for all items but it's been shipped already & it seems like the money's been put back in my account.I don't know if it's the same for all cards, but when I use my nordies card it goes through when it ships. I heard some other ladies who's orders got canceled saying that their money was tied up even though their orders were canceled. Maybe it's different for different banks?

They usually charge my card right after it's shipped. I had actually had a problem ordering another item. Is it true though? We know we've gotten some info from them that wasn't always correct. Also, I think it's better for them to say NO RESTOCK rather than saying yes there will be a restock and end up not restocking. Don't wanna get peoples hopes up just in case they really don't restock. I don't buy it. What's the point in saying PRO's will have a discount after two weeks if they have no intention on restocking the collection? Customer Service has been known to have a canned response or not know what they are talking about. Don't always believe everything they say.
