LOL My hubby keeps laughing at me everytime a new collection comes out and I tell him this is the last one. He doesn't believe me anymore. Of course he is the worst enabler ever, everytime a new collection comes out he tells me "you have to get it! You have to get it before it sells out! Get it now! Now,now, hurry get the card!" and while I'm looking for my card he goes "oooh no, forget it by the time you find it..."

Lol! how sweet of him! my bf and even my younger brother are the same way, when I miss or skip something online they usually end up getting it for me in the store.

Thanks so much! I always want my lipstick to shout HEY LOOK AT THIS LIPSTICK lol. You should try it, it's really a great shade! I just hate the price, it's the most exp lippie I've ever purchased (I think it was like $24 or $26, not sure) and I hated to pay that much but I go gaga for a TRUE purple lip. Plus it was kind of hard for me to find, I had to call every Sephora in my city and only one carried it.

do you find that the lipstick is dry in texture? i bought one of their lipsticks and its the driest thing EVER, i cant even rub my lips together with it on. now i'm paranoid to try any other shades coz its not exactly cheap

I have Kontrol, also and I don't find it to be any drier than other mattes I've tried. I've heard that complaint about Illamasqua lipsticks, though.

Yes, I have a couple of their lipsticks and they are dry dry dry! Apocalips is such a fun color but the dryness really turns me off. I'm going to check out Inglot in hopes that maybe they will have a better texture.

Really? :\ compared to MAC's, and even the Wet n Wild & NYX matte lipsticks I own, the one I have is horrible! I wanted to buy two of the new ones - ESP and Shard, but after trying one I will definitely never ever buy again. Even wearing lip balm underneath can't solve the dryness. I lavvv it. Gotta scout the web to see if I find it, I see you said it was hard to find. Or better yet, I could stay tuned for swatches of this collection and see if the purple is comparable.

wow! mac making black lipsticks...epic! this might be the first blk lipstick i will own. I've always been too scared to rock it. I guess bcuz of the the supposed stigma behind blk lipstickSoooo, I heard a little something about the Punk Couture collex.
- All matte lipsticks
- Straight up black
- Deep dark purple
- Red, so dark almost black

I don't find it to be dry at all, I like the texture of it. It doesn't feel matte to me though.
You might have trouble finding it on the ground but I've always seen it available on Sephora online.
Girl you better wear that Cyber! I just love a dark, punk, goth looking lip for some reason, I'll wear it any season lol.

Illamasqua Kontrol! It's my favorite blue based purple.... But MAC might beat it for me if this dark purple is what I hope it is AND it's going to be a retro matte!

I'm not a fan of matte lipsticks. When i wear them, regardless of brand, i am very conscious of my lips and don't rub them together or lick them. But my lips seem ok and i am not a user of lip balms, so mattes don't dry them out.
ESP is on my wish list - i really need to pick it up before it disappears like Melt By Starlight.
