I would totally jump on that lip set if they actually made it a value to get all 12. If they would've made the lipsticks each $45 instead of $49 but it's the same if I buy the set or buy them individually so booo!!

Exactly. If you aren't going to wear every single shade, it's not worth it, because you're paying full Tom Ford retail for the set.

Exactly, if they would've at least discounted it a little, the sucker in me would've bought it and they still would have got extra money I would've never spent. Now I'll just buy the ones I want slowly =P

I wish a new blush was in the Holiday. The Chanel Holiday quad looks similar to Ice Queen. Yeah the lipsticks should have been cheaper, I'll just get True Coral since I keep forgetting too.

I am planning on getting the quad. I will definitely not be buying the lipstick set or brush set. A smaller discounted (or with new colors) lipstick set would have interested me but not this one. Hopefully the quad is not the only new holiday product.

Hi, I'm a newbie (although I've stalked this site for a while)! I just wanted to share information about the TF holiday sets since I see a lot of people wondering. I spoke to a very informed TF person (and not a SAs, they are typically are the last ones to know anything unfortunately) about the new holiday stuff. Although there will not be a full collection, i.e. Summer or Fall, I've been told that there will be:

1. New quad (Ice Queen, not new news to you guys)
2. Additional releases that are part of the Jasmine Rouge collection:
a. 2 new lipsticks: Vampire Kiss and Rouge Fatale
b. 2 new nail polishes: Trophy Wife and Shameless (one is a glitter, but I can't remember which one)
3. Holiday Gift Sets:
a. Lipstick set (on NM now)
b. Top 5 (Best Sellers) Fragrance gift set in lieu of the brush set (available in the UK) in the States
4.Lastly, 3 new Oud fragrances. I was able to smell one and it is the signature TF smokey/sexy scent that he is known for.

I don't have the exact dates for releases, but was told everything should be out before Dec. Hopefully this is helpful information

Yeah, it would be nice, but I've noticed that TF holiday release are never really that big. Instead his releases tend to be gift sets. Last year the big items for holiday were the sets: brush and lipstick.

From what I’ve seen their bigger cosmetic collections (with new products/ repromotes) only happen twice a year. They occurred in the Fall and then Spring/Summer. I don’t think this means there will never be 4 full on color collections from TF but it will take some time since it is still new company (although I do tend to think holiday will always focus on gift sets).

This doesn't take into consideration fragrance, as they come out more frequently (and a fun fact: with every collection that comes out, the top seller of that collection more than likely gets added to the perm line!).
Anyway, I say all that to say, I would guess that the next collection will have some new blushes

If the two lipsticks live up to their dramatic, vampy names, I'll be a very happy, very broke camper. Do you know if they are going to be permanent or not? I'm wondering if VK might be moved in as a new substitute for Black Orchid. Although I suppose that's what Bruised Plum was brought in to do.

I spoke with a Tom Ford rep yesterday and this is exactly what I was told.

The stars of the collection are suppose to be the fragrances.

I'll be skipping Holiday and True Coral looked a mess on me so I didn't get it.

The two lipsticks are reds. Think the 4 l/s that were released last holiday with Jasmin Rouge, same concept this year. Not sure if they will be perm (forgot to ask). Sometime colors come out, they will test out how they sells and bring it back later as a perm item. Either way, they won't be as dark as Black Orchid. BO is replaced by BP. I was told that the BO is being dc'd because when you put that color on fair skin tones it tends to turn almost black. While it is a good color, it doesn't translate universally. BP is in the same family (almost the same) but it can be translated across skin tones. So now everyone can get the TF "vampy" lip!!! But as you can tell from swatches the variation between the two is very settle.

Ravish blush came today as promised in a gigantic box (blush was in a small NM silver box accessorized with a silver bow ) with some sample products and a tote bag. Can't wait to get my birthday glam look in effect for Monday! Definitely want more Tom Ford blushes but Ravish will have to suffice for now. I messaged her a thank you and a gentle reminder about information for the holiday collection.
