I'm new to Specktra, but after this collection I just had to join. This is TTT with Currant and I freakin love it!

Does anyone store these upside down like paint pots or would that just be dumb of me lol

No, you don't need to store these upside down. Sometimes they do need warming up to get the creamy texture back, by leaving your finger on the top, or sometimes I will hold it up to a light bulb but thats mostly in the winter months

Yay I am getting most of my riri products today UPS is stopping by my house a lot this week. Especially when Nordstroms cancels orders but ships SAMPLES. wtf

Hello everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself and share my experience along with what I was able to get my hands on from this collection. I have been a lurker for some time...I just stay quiet cuz I'm a lil shy. Anyway..I shoulda just picked up TTT from day 1 in my MAC store in Boston but all the patchy talk made me say "sleep on it for now and jus get RRW l/s + l/l"....duh it was a huge mistake cuz I was loving everyone's pics on here and I knew there would be an abundant amount RRW hanging around....IDK what I was thinkng. So I was stuck in that waiting room and my cpu + phone were so slow I gave up when I read all the lippies sold out... the next day on mac's website I see "TTT and Nude have been removed from your cart"...SMH I guess "patience is a virtue" right?....More nightmares came with the dept. store release but long story short: just got my TTT l/s + l/l in the mail from Nordies today....This was the worst chase ever in my 3 little years of following/buying MAC products...Marilyn was nothing compared to this if u ask me. My final haul aside from the lippies: BGGG, Diamonds, Gigablack mascara and PLW brow pencil deep dark brun....my 1st time using something on my brows and I actually really like it. Crossing my fingers that I can secure Nude and WTC when a restock occurs. Oh yes! Y'all have me struggling not to get Her Cocoa cuz I'm plotting on Naked2 and Vice2 in the very near future...hope to make some new friends here since im kinda alone in my love for makeup..lol

I was really happy at the time .I called westshore mall for Lancome and the lady who picked up said "Mac at macys may i help you." i asked her did you say m.a.c at macys? and she said yes and no joke at the top of my lungs with out thinking i yelled YES! it's about time! in her ear .
I have been waiting since age 21 for mac at any macys in tampa I just wish i knew on the 3rd but im still happy .

I'm having a dilemma. I can't decide if I need a BU HK. I like it. It's really gorgeous on. I don't love using it because of the signature but that seems silly lol... Help! Would you get a back up or keep on moving since the colors are the MOST unique (not to say they aren't gorge)

I did swatches of the bronzer side of HK next to Benefit's Hoola Bronzer and NYC's Sunny.. I have the Too Faced dark chocolate soleil but was in a rush since I am on "duty" here.

This is two swipes each of Hoola and HK... and like 5 of Sunny (I haven't used it in awhile--not sure what's up with it).

I took more pix with a 3rd coat of each including one of the blush on HK but realized I mixed up the swatches.. I had added Hoola to HK... and HK to Hoola.. lol.

The "B" is Benefit Hoola.. The Mac HK is Mac Hibisicus Kiss...and the NYC is NYC's Sunny..

This is the underside of my arm so it is quite pale.. I thought Hoola was darker until I swatched it on my arm -- they look similar in depth..but HK is a bit more "orangy" and Hoola is a little more brown..HK might be a tad darker than Hoola.

It's not unique (though you are right, it's gorgeous), and I would bet another repromote is in the future without the added cost for special packaging. And let's be real, if you're a makeup addict your collection is big enough that you won't use it up before another repromote lol.

Lol it's so true!! I am barely hitting pan on a blush I got 4 years ago (when that was the only blush I owned so it had some wear)! It's just the hoarder in me that wanted a BU hahaha

To me It's probably a preference . For me I don't back up face powders, blushes, eyeshadows etc. I'm a lipstick/lipgloss fiend. Usually powder products last a verrrrrry long time , I have never hit pan on a face powder except my MSFN. Plus we all probably have a huge collection so realistically u probably won't use it all up before u move on to the next greatest powder
