If you blink you'll miss it but its at the 1:57 mark. You have to look quick, she's smoking a blunt and has fuschia nails.

I'd see Miley with a makeup collection before I see her as a spokesperson for Viva Glam. MAC wouldn't make any real money with Viva Glam since the proceeds all go to charity, but with a Miley collection... whoooo! Y'all thought there was a waiting room before?
