RiRi Hearts MAC Fall Collection (October 3, 2013)

Ya'll have me a little worried. The package from my angel was supposed to arrive on Monday and according to USPS shipping it was delivered on Monday. It wasn't. I was here the whole time and the only package delivered by them was from Influenster. But USPS is notorious for their tracking being off so I didn't worry too much. Package didn't arrive yesterday (mailman was questioned and claimed to know nothing about a package for me) or today (said nothing was given to him for me). I know full well that USPS will never admit to an error on their part because they never do. I also know that at least my neighbor directly next to me would never do me dirty over a package. She has no clue who RiRi is, doesn't wear makeup, and wouldn't care lol. And she's a complete sweetheart who's only crime is talking my ear off from time to time lol. Still hoping for the best but it's really starting to look bad at this point. USPS has never been one of my faves but that's usually when they are delivering from a retailer or that dreaded smartpost. FedEx is probably right up there with one of the worsts with their toss and run tactics unless they are absolutely required to get a signature. I never or very rarely have trouble with UPS.

finally got a hold of my USPS store. wow...found out my carrier delivered it to someone else and they kept it. OH HELL NO.....:headbang:  

I can't even lie I was getting the address and goin over there. Usps would also have to go over there because that's a dam problem!!

My order was delivered today!

.... Now to pay for shipping from my forwarder to NZ...... I should probably get it by the end of next week. In the mean time, I will go to MAC today and play with some of the makeup

Speaking of this, I tried ordering something from somewhere and they wouldn't let me ship to my USPS P.O. Box address. But, they in turned used Fed Ex Smartpost and it ended up at my p.o. anyway because no one was home at the physical address when they tried to deliver.

Haha, that .GIF!! That's exactly how I feel about Fedex smartpost, especially when I see the Fedex man the day before delivering stuff to my neighbor's house across the street!

Now I'm paranoid! I have an order that was delivered today and it's probably sitting on my doorstep right this moment. I hope nobody takes it :/

That's what pisses me off. WE stalked the sites & did so much to get our goodies. Now someone is enjoying something we did so much to get. I need to stop thinking about this......it's just making me even more frustrated at the situation.

Fed ex is really bad. According to my friend who works for ups it's really hard. I always see him telling people crap on Facebook when they complain about carriers lol. But still it's a job and a job that's dealing with people's property they should care a little more. My mom lives in what I'd say is one of the most ghetto cities in CA and packages would get stolen. She made EVERY carrier do a name verification and signature. Now she just has to worry about things arriving broken but that's a whole new issue lol

The first one I got is a lil dryer than the others.. not to mention they came melted and scratched. .. called them and they sent a new one

I'm only calm in theory lol. Plus around here I know the game. It's virtually impossible to get in touch with a human that works with the post office that can actually help with the situation. They send you on a wild goose chase or tell you that you have to contact the sender. The 800 # will tell you to call the local office which sends you to an automated number that is at the location where no actual human CS workers are at (it's a processing facility only so they don't answer the phone). They won't give you the number to the "big" post office that we go to to mail things and people have PO boxes, etc. It's all a huge cluster...well...you get where I'm headed with that lol.

I just went through this, so I can confirm it. lol. Luckily I found my USPS store number. But they only had one line and was busy for hours!

yup they did. Been trying to get a hold of my local USPS store but their line is busy. Tried the 1800 number and they were NO help.

After not receiving several important packages this is the main reason I opened up a po box...I haven't had a lost package yet.

Me too! Thanks. I just moved into my apt so I haven't got a feel for my neighbors yet. Why is there SOOO much drama involved with every riri collection. I'm new to makeup collecting, about a year now, but I wanted to know if there has been this much drama and trouble with any other collections, not riri related. Ever? Haha
