I hate that smartpost too. I had a pretty important priority mail box that was supposed to be delivered a few weeks ago, the tracking said it was delivered - nope not to me. I called the PO & threw a hissy. They said the (new) carrier did not deliver any Priority mail boxes that day, but they were going to check with him. HELLO - it has tracking on it that shows HE scanned it that day on HIS scanner!!! The next day the box is sitting at my front door so I called the PO again to ask where the heck my box was, the postmistress says, "he got confused, you know all the boxes look alike"

of course they do idiot - they are ALL Priority Mail boxes!!! One of THE dumbest things I've ever heard.

My reg. UPS guys is awesome - everything gets put inside our garage door. But, sometimes a new guy is on the route & they deliver our packages at the SAME # address but a different street name

The people at that address kept our package for 2 days before we actually went to their house to ask if they had it - rude.

I called UPS & said...you know, that is the drivers J O B to know what the heck street he's on.

Its all annoying - I really feel for you guys.

I'm only calm in theory lol. Plus around here I know the game. It's virtually impossible to get in touch with a human that works with the post office that can actually help with the situation. They send you on a wild goose chase or tell you that you have to contact the sender. The 800 # will tell you to call the local office which sends you to an automated number that is at the location where no actual human CS workers are at (it's a processing facility only so they don't answer the phone). They won't give you the number to the "big" post office that we go to to mail things and people have PO boxes, etc. It's all a huge cluster...well...you get where I'm headed with that lol.

When I called the 800 number I waited 23 minutes! Nobody has time for that! So I called back & asked for an operator in Spanish.....it just rang & someone was there. I do speak Spanish, I'm sure they speak English too :)

I'm sooo pro UPS my reg guy actually lives right down the block from me and our familes have known each other for years.. if no one Is there he knows where to put it.... but when the newbies come I just get annoyed lol. I get annoyed when Fedex and usps deliver my packages lol childish i kno..

I'm new to makeup collecting, about a year now, but I wanted to know if there has been this much drama and trouble with any other collections, not riri related. Ever? Haha
There is going to be drama with every big MAC collection. The difference here is the way MAC has handled things. The waiting room just to shop the items. Stores receiving little stock of items and in some cases not all the products. Not every counter/store following the one per item rule. On-line retailers selling out in minutes. With that said, it seems that MAC is more and more all about the drama. The shipping issues cannot be blamed on MAC, which is what the latest issues seem to be about.

I'm honestly not sure I just started buyin items online from MAC for the riri collections I usually go in store for everything. With Mac I kno if u do a lil complaining they fix things asap

The rest of My goodies just got here!! I'm so excited HK is too pretty I don't think I can bring myself to use it. I may have to get another lol nude looks pretty too. It looks more pinky brown then I thought. I thought it would be taupe brown. (Looking at it in tube anyway)

I agree they can really only be blamed if u ordered directly from them

Man! this parcel forwarder should hurry up and put my parcel in the virtual warehouse so I can pay for the shipping and it can start making it's way to good ol' NZ.... I'm itching to get my stuff lol

Nude looks that way in the tube, but not like that at all on the lips. It's great though!

Great! Hope u like everything u got... I tried to bac up my nude but it got canceled twice but I think I may just wait for dec or if somewhere restocks

I received both my orders. From the MAC online launch as well as my Nordies order. I did notice that inside my MAC box was someone else's receipt. At least I got my correct items. But how THAT happens... Who knows?! Lots of drama again! Thankfully I only wanted a couple things. I grabbed a Diamonds for Shellcat and had to get a Nude BU from Nordies. Didn't even think I'd like it... But it's THE perfect fall-sy nude for me! Yay! Paired it with NYX Mauve lip liner here...

Nude looks great on u... I have to use lipgloss with mine since it washes me out but someone else's receipt tho?? They r crazy let me check mine lol

That happened to me with TTT it got cancelled twice. I'm happy to have one nude I know I won't use it all up. I hardly wear my nudes but I keep on buying them LOL

Duh, that's why they have addresses on the boxes.
