Oh no, that's awful. I hope they give you a refund, but it's not as good as getting what you ordered. My Nordstrom order was delivered to another address, too, but thankfully, they brought it to me today. Actually, I could see that the box had been opened and retaped but the lipstick clearly hadn't been used so I wasn't too worried. I figured that it happened at Nordies because I trust my neighbor... All these shipping issues, and damaged products? It's crazy!Never received my package. It was delivered to another address & they must've keep itI called USPS & they said it was delivered yesterday. Macy needs to switch to just using UPS. Now to call Macy's to see if they'll give me my money back :'(

How does that even happen though? How does a lipstick with a cap on it IN A BOX and in another box end up chopped in half like that? Nuts. I swear I'd drop to the floor in a dramatic fashion if that was me and it was a lipstick I sent hours tracking down, either in a waiting room or here waiting for one of the department store websites to stock it. Im so sorry!

Yeh I mean I could get both but I doubt I'll really use the quad. For some reason I never use them it's so weird lol I've been dying to try lorac for the matte shadows I have a ton of shimmer eyeshadow

That is awful! I'm glad they'll refund it for you, but it sucks that it happened to something that sold out... I've had lipsticks melt on my porch (I have to lock my glass storm door otherwise they put boxes between the doors and it just cooks them if the sun is out), but they never come like that!!Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Nordstroms!! :jawdrop: my face when I opened it and heard it rolling around. luckily I caught it in hand...

It could have been your neighbor. I've accidentally opened stuff just in a hurry checking my mail. I'll be like "wtf I didn't order this, THEN look at the name like oh crap" lol Whoever packages stuff at mac does make it look rushed though. My boxes look barely closed sometimes
