I don't mind the use of 'hun' on specktra as much, because here we know eachother and it's different around here than IRL. In my country words like hun (and translation) are just not used much for random people that you don't or hardly know, so it feels really strange to me.
I think it's weird irl too lol but it depends who it is. Some people I can tell that's how they talk and that's just how they are and some its really unnatural lol I honestly HATE being called mam um hello I'm young call me miss lol

I've bought bras from the uk I think figleaves? I love them.

Yeah Figleaves are good, they don't have anything big enough for me though! Bravissimo is another good UK company (they're who I shop with) and they ship internationally.
Oh that's a bummer!! I thought they carried way up in sizes.
LOL! If you can get your hands on a Freya active sports bra try that out.  It's like 60 bucks I think.  That is the only sports bra I've been able to wear for high intensity exercise.  Straps me down pretty good!  Now strapless bras are the bain of my existence.  I like crop tops and tanks and if I'm not careful the wrong bra shape will have me looking like a toothpick with a chunk of cheese on top smh. Lmao!  The VS girls like to follow me around to measure me.  I TOLD YOU I'M ONLY HERE FOR PANTIES AND SMELL GOODS STOP FOLLOWING ME. One time I obliged, but made sure to tell the girl "just so you know, you guy's do not carry my size..."  Then she proceeded to tell me I could wear a 36DD.  I'm a 32G... girl bye.

Really?!?  ALL of my bras are UK brands I believe.  Well that's what my favorite lady at the boutiqe I go to tells me. I believe I stopped wearing swimsuits when I hit an F cup.  And I think I went from a DD STRAIGHT to an F and didn't realize it.  Was trying to keep squeezing these puppies into a DD because that was the largest size I could find for myself!  I hope to wear a swimsuit again one day lol. Isn't she though!  I can scroll through her makeup looks all day on IG!
Those girls don't know shit lol they try telling me about sister bras and I could wear a 36dd yah if I want half my boob out!! My biggest ever was f my hubby always plays with them and tells me how huge they are  lol I rock them but I feel everything looks more slutty. I'm trying to find cute but sexyish dresses for Miami this December. It's a work vacation trip. I see all these cute dresses but I'm like okay I'll be falling out and looking slutty around people my hubby works with? Pass Back to topic!! I'm going to get lippies but I won't be backing up. I mean how often will I really be wearing black? Too bad I don't work for mac lol I could wear it all the time

You had a breast reduction? How was that? I want to get a lift after I'm done breastfeeding.... But the though of someone cutting them open
It wasn't bad at all. The first month was a bit rough cuz i had to sleep at an incline which took some getting used to, and i had to use my stomach muscles for everything, no using my arms to pull myself up. But after that it wasn't bad at all. So worth it! A lift is sooo much easier than a reduction tho. Nowhere near the same intensity of surgery.
When I was young my dad never called my mom by her name always, hun or dear, I hated it. When I started dating my husband 17 years ago he called me baby once and I said, "I have a name, use it." Fast forward to now and I wish he sometimes called me baby or sweetheart but he can't after all this time.
For years if you asked my niece what her mom's name was she'd tell you it was honey cuz that's what her dad would call her mom. It was too cute! :haha:
It wasn't too bad actually, the recovery was pretty quick and the lamest part was the drainage tubes I had for about a week afterward. It was a huge shock to see myself so small afterwards once the bandages were removed (I went from a 34DDD to a 36C) on my small frame but I was also amazed to see just how much they had been taking up my whole front! I'm now a 40D (I was young and still going through puberty when I had it done) and couldn't be happier with my size. I still have a few scars, but I'm pretty proud of them. :)
I lucked out cuz I didn't have drains. But it was such a shock when i took the bandages off for the first time. I had to put em right back on cuz with the shock and the lack of physical support from the compression bra i got nauseous! I needed another 2 days before i could them off again and shower.

I still look at old pics and am amazed at the before and after and you really lucked out cause those drains were a total PITA.

Wow you ladies are troopers. I'm tall so I don't think I get back pain lol but it's hard to know since I had a bad epidural I think (it didn't work) so who knows. I'm scared of surgery I had my appendix out when I was 15 and have been cool off surgeries ever since lol and that's not even that bad I bet people are like makeup....to boobs....to boobs jobs.... Lol

The scariest was when i thought i was ok enough to lay down on the floor on my back and i popped an internal stitch. Freaked me out! And i had to get myself up by myself. Not fun! So it's definitely a long healing process. I still have spots where i never fully regained nerve sensation, but at least i got all sensation back where it matters most! :naughty:

Omg inside? I can't even imagine what that feels like. So you can't lay flat? I assume that's because they go to the side and it pulls? LOL glad your ( o ) ( o ) are okay :haha:

I couldn't for quite awhile after the surgery, because everything internally was pulled tight and stitched inside and out, kind of like a tummy tuck for the boobs. But that only lasted for about 4 months or so.

Oh ouch! I'm glad I didn't pop or tear anything, that sounds painful and scary! I have a few spots as well that never fully regained sensation, thankfully not where it counts. ;)

4 months!! Omg I have a 2 year old and 8 months old. I'm sure a lift isn't as invasive but I'll wait on it for like a decade

It's definitely a regional thing, cuz we use it all the time here. I call all my clients hun. In fact, i call everyone hun. It's much more personable and less formal. We don't use ma'am here, not even for and older age group.
Its a personal preference I guess but I personally don't mind when people call me hun or dear (unless its a guy trying to flirt
puke.gif
)...it makes me feel warm inside

and its so much better than "dude" (Im from Cali)

Yeah definitely wait cuz you can't lift anything over 5lbs for at least a month!

5lbs was an average MAC order for you then, right, Erine? How did you bring the parcels inside?! Hehe. I am kidding!

I went into a proper Bra boutique went in thinking I was a 34B, Came out a much more comfortable 32D - It is amazing how the mainstream bra industry has you in the wrong size, no wonder I was getting back pain!

Back to the collection - are we sure MAC can't bring this collection forward?

I've had people not believe my curly hair is really my curly hair and touch it. There was this girl back in HS that actually pulled it because she & her friends thought I was wearing a wig. I also have people ask if I wear colored contacts because my eyes are greyishbleu and sometimes turn other shades depending on what I wear.  I've always had issues with my boobs also. Since JHS. The girls would tease me because I developed quite young and they are huge. The boys teased me also. I had one guy actually squeeze my breast in HS and I reported his perverted a$$. Not surprisingly he eventually was arrested for rape later on. Perv! Nasty, rude people in this world. My mom always said never stare, don't touch and if you have nothing nice to say about someone keep your mouth shut.
Wow I didn't even see this post and So I didn't know how the convo got started on boobs I hope my earlier post didn't come off as rude. It's never okay to touch someone without their permission or make comments on their body so I understand how you feel.
