Wooooohoooooo! Thanks for the info!! I skipped both of those colors, and I can't wait to hear what new shades they come up with! I need to get my butt into that upcoming 2014 thread... I've just been so overwhelmed with 2013!!


Yeah, I'm pretty OCD when it comes to cleanliness, but it's the lack of air tight-ness that makes me worried about CCB's and MAC's cream blushes. Oh no, I totally get it. I'm a little squeamish about potted lip balms. For some reason that container does not seem like one for cream products. I know it sounds loopy, but I can't get past that thought! Not loopy at all!

I have been avoiding that Chanel thread because of those darn blushes... and now it finds me anyways! LOL If I could only grab 1 color, which one would you recommend!? Are you still using the Cream Blush Under Foundation method? I seem to be using Presage (orange) the most often. The other shades are equally amazing. I think you would like any of the pink shades. I like Destiny, a pale nude-like color that looks peach on me. You could totally rock any of them.

I know EXACTLY how you feel about buying when you should be using the TON of stuff you've barely touched (or in my case some things that have NEVER been touched!) But to accomplish THAT, I would probably have to stay off Specktra completely! My stash has easily DOUBLED since I've been here. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, as some of my Specktra enabled purchases have become my most loved products. So it's a double edged sword! I'd have to stay away to slow my buying, but I think of all the lovely products I wouldn't have if I did! The Makeup Addict's Vicious Cycle!! HeeHee Totally agree Pix. Also, I'm reminded of products on the threads that I haven't used in ages, but love. Then I pull them out and love them all over again. BUT...don't fool yourself...I was off Specktra for several weeks and my hauling was as rigorous as ever. My name is Medgal07 and I'm a true makeup addict!

Sooo..... i went so crazy for this collection and haven't touched anything except my TTT liner and Diamonds CCB. I swatched my Best friends BGGG and i feel like it looks terrible on me so i haven't touched mine but i'm just hoarding at the moment. I don't like glossy red lips so i got RRW LG for no apparent reason. I actually don't wear red that much so the RRW LL was also extra. i had RRW from the first release and had to get on from this collection just because of packaging. i really need help. *le sigh* i should have saved my money for Divine Night or Punk Couture Collections. i need to find some self control. help anyone? lol

Doubt you'll find any self control here. The holidays are coming up---perhaps you can use the items you haven't touched as gifts. Then use the money that
would have been for gifts to buy some items from the other collections that you'll actually use.

I have a friend who didn't like her swatch of Nude so in lieu of returning it, she sold it to me

I expect it'll need a gloss on top to make it wearable, but Challenge Accepted.

I finally got my first Chanel creme blush last Friday....Inspiration! It is gorgeous

YAY MACina. Inspiration was a GREAT choice....such a nice soft pink....princess like. Remember that and curtsy after you put it on

I picked up the blue baby lips everyone said to try & its perfect! Great suggestion. And, maneater showed us her lovely self wearable Vintage Grape -

I forgot how much I LOVE those blushes but VG is GORGEOUS with TTT. Paired those up with a dark grey smokey eye

Nude lipstick skrait up - no liner, nada. (sorry about the dark grainy pic) Then because my aim for the night was an overall luminous dewy look, and the retromatte wasn't doing it for me....I decided to top it with Spite lipglass.

Such a pretty look!

Nude looks perfect on you BUT i love your cheeks in this pic! they look amazing, i may need that blush too :haha:

Richelle, Nude looks great on you and your pic reminded me to get some use out of Stylish Me.

You're not missing out on much if you pass on it. They are far to many dupes for Her Cocoa to make me want to buy it. I'd much rather get the Naked palette. True, I find myself less and less intrested in the quads everytime they come out with a new one.  Don't worry when I first joined I thought it meant foto of the day lol.. Edit: Forgot to mention has anyone else experienced chipping? The rose gold coating is chipping off one of my lipsticks

I carry my lipsticks in a lipstick holder (old school) so they don't lose their caps or get dinged up in my bag.

I just got the pink one... Pink Punch (rec by MacNCheese) to use under Nude. I put it on, liked it so much I skipped putting on Nude altogether! Uh-Oh... now I guess I "need" more! LOL
