I can understand, but it's simply curiosity and many people *do* wear contacts. When does chap my hide is when people call my eyes "hazel"- wtf?
Yes, WTF!? Your eyes doesn´t look hazel at all!

Carnal Instinct sort of reminds me of Apres Chic....anyone have any thoughts on this...I missed out on Apres Chic but I used my friends' and I love it . Does anyone think they are relatable ?
Après Chic is one of my favorites, and since I don´t have a back up, I would love to have a similar lippie. So if anyone knows, do tell!

Right? Nothing amiss with lovely hazel eyes, I just don't have them! I have actually gotten into arguments with fools about the definition of hazel. Jeez I just realized how cross eyed I look in that photo. Maybe it's because I'm paying $250 a night to stay at my favorite B&B and I'm essentially immersed in someone else's wedding.

Yikes! I must change my mind about the CSGs after seeing those swatches. I hoped it wasnt that sheer...I want the lipsticks and that chartreuse pigment! #teampurple here and I need to see SK in person, I have yet to find a red that I really love and has a glow to it on me.

Ok so am not a massive lipgloss fan *don't hate me and please don't throw me out if this thread!* I only have a handful of dazzleglasses and a lipglass from the Barbie Collection. Can anyone tell me the difference in wear time and texture etc between a DG and a CSG please? Obviously DGs are much sheerer
Actually, they both run about the same when it comes to sheerness. Aside from the obvious glitter in the DG, CSG isn't tacky, so it wears less than DG, which is much tackier, and wears a longer amount of time. They also have a different smell and taste from each other. They're both on complete opposite ends of the gloss spectrum in every aspect except sheerness.

I never knew that about DG and CSG. Thanks for sharing. I think I'd love to pull the Punk Couture DG out just for the wow factor. They look so beautiful in their tubes!

Man....I keep looking at those purples!

The biggest question...to BU or not. As much as I love purples, I barely wear my Heroine, so why buy four purple lippies? BUT I'm afraid what if I loose one? It's happened before. What if one breaks? Ohhhh the life of a makeup junkie! lol

I don't BU as much as I used to because:

1) If it's a hugely popular color, MAC always seems to either bring it back or even do a whole damn collection with 5 different versions of the original color!

2) The more lipsticks I own, the less often I wind up using them in total, because I'm good about cycling through my things.

Then, when it turns out to be a more beloved color than I originally would have expected, there's usually some wonderful Specktrette who has a BU to sell or just saw it at her local CCO, so there are options down the road.

Also, if it's a really special color I adore and I don't have a BU, I just get extra careful with it - like wear it with lipliner to extend the wear then keep it at home and just bring something similar that doesn't matter as much on the road with me in my purse. I also have a little pouch just for extra special lipstick du jour if I do carry it around, so it doesn't roll all over the place or fall out of my purse. Am I too systematic? I lost my original Flamingo that I only had 1 of and said NEVER AGAIN and so am super careful. The reissue Flamingo wound up looking better on me anyways d'oh.

Lipstick Yoda say May the Gloss Be With You.

I actually did a search for "yoda wearing lipstick" and got zero pictures of Yoda with lipstick but got this instead:

The RiRi Hearts MAC Holiday collection will have a Superslick Liquid Eyeliner in rose gold (Cockiness). I know its probably not the same formula but I suppose its close.

Yes I can't wait for that liquid liner to come out, but it would be nice if there was a fluidline also as a base.

so pretty I can't to get my hands on the purples and the black. The quad looks like crap my my the glittery csgs are pretty, but they're not unique enough for me to get them. Those blushes are pretty!!!!!
