It seems like MAC is giving less and less respect to their PROs lately, doesn't it? What is the point of being in Pro if they don't stand by their former understanding that Pros are too busy to bother with all of this craziness of *collectors* and resellers?

I hope they figure this out soon before they really distance all of the Pros.

@PixieDancer I know! I'm about to just give up with this collection! And to pay shipping costs on top of it for being a pro member? Ridiculous.

I think I'm going to buy the Perfectly Poised MSF even though I have numerous peach blushes plus Adored MSF. I'm a sucker for anything peach!

i tried this morning too and i knew they still wouldn't have the discount. After i get home going to make a call if the lipsticks i want is still there smfh.

I called just now and spoke to a Pro SA. After a long, long wait, she told me that the supervisors are looking at the getting the pro discount issue working now. I'm glad I called, she didn't seem aware of the problem at all. She had no estimate of what will happen, or when. Maybe if they hear from more Pro's they will work this out?

Also, I had a note in my account to look at whether the discount could apply to the few items I ordered last night. (Last night I called, and flagged my order for them to get the discount) They are holding up shipping that order under they can figure this out. I don't know if this will mean that if an item sells out while they are looking at the discount issue, I won't get those items (I just have no idea one way or the other), or whether those items have been reserved for me.

I have so much going on in my life right now that if this doesn't work, it doesn't work and that's fine with me. Just passing along what I've learned. Okay, gotta go to work.... (hugs to all!)

Thanks for sharing! I am interested in PP lipstick and the gloss too but the satin finish is putting me off a bit. They are very dry, so if the colour is similar to Fixed On Drama retro matte I might go for the retro matte instead (assuming it's still available).

How do you intend to use your Lavish Living? As a contour like Notorious as Liba suggested, or as a blush in itself? I'm wondering what sort of look Lavish Living might work in... definitely looking forward to a FOTD if you are going to post any when you get your goodies!

I dreamt about the MSFs last night. Specifically, PP and CoA. I also want LL Mb. But I can't make up my mind. I'm only allowing myself to get 1 of the 3.

I don't get the pro emails for some reason. I've called over and over again and they tell me it's straightened out, but I still don't get them. My email doesn't have that mention of the pro discount. A friend of mine got a different email this morning that says the discount IS available. Come on MAC wtf???
