So sorry to hear that the Pro members are getting the shaft here (Dusty's 'pass the lube' video comes to mind). It's one thing to limit quantities or launch at the same time as for 'regular' customers for really heavily coveted launches, but asking you to pay full price (or wait to get a discount until items are gone) and ALSO pay for shipping is just ridiculous.

I got a shipment confirmation as well. I know they look very similar but let's hope this nude is the nude that Nude wasn't.

No. I tried again right at 8am as they said last night. It's now after 9am... still no discount. And now PP is sold out as expected. Great job MAC. Happy all the re-sellers are happily stocked when your PROS can't order. Weren't you founded on PROS? RiRi's made you greedy and I'm over it.  Waiting for "the go ahead!?" Not cool! Texts, emails have gone out! This situation has me more upset than all the broken RiRi lipsticks, cancelled orders, accusations put together. It's a slap in the face to PROS.
We're being treated like we have no value to MAC lately and it's really irked me. I'd rather give my money to other companies with pro programs if this is the way MAC is going to continue to treat us.
It seems like MAC is giving less and less respect to their PROs lately, doesn't it?  What is the point of being in Pro if they don't stand by their former understanding that Pros are too busy to bother with all of this craziness of *collectors* and resellers? I hope they figure this out soon before they really distance all of the Pros.
They've already got me looking the other way. I know I'm not the only one.
Thanks for sharing! I am interested in PP lipstick and the gloss too but the satin finish is putting me off a bit. They are very dry, so if the colour is similar to Fixed On Drama retro matte I might go for the retro matte instead (assuming it's still available). How do you intend to use your Lavish Living? As a contour like Notorious as Liba suggested, or as a blush in itself? I'm wondering what sort of look Lavish Living might work in... definitely looking forward to a FOTD if you are going to post any when you get your goodies!  Thanks a million once again!
Welcome! The color of PP is nothing like FOD, and neither is the texture. It's actually quite creamy for a satin, where FOD as a retro matte is much drier. As for Lavish Living, it pulled purple enough on my skin that I intend to use it as a blush, however if upon application to my face it turns more gray or shadowy, then it'll be a contour product for me. It does have enough shimmer in it though that I can't see myself contouring with it. I guess this all depends how it shows up on my face!

i think they are having problems with their system, not that they are picking and choosing. because even tho my email says pro discount available, it's not taking the discount off on the website when i add to cart

This whole collection wasn't even a blip on my radar screen until I got the MAC email. I ended up caving and buying just one lipstick, Flair For Finery. I think the whole getting no pro discount unless waiting until tomorrow, is ridiculous. I love MAC, but some of their latest antics (online waiting room, paying for pro card for the benefit of perks...and not always receiving them), is making me fall a little out of love with MAC each time another issue arises. With MAC saying it is a "glitch", then all the pro card-carrying members should receive a refund for the overpayment of items. They are seeming to be a little bit slimy lately, kind of like the reputation of a used car salesman. Is this the way the really want to be perceived? Maybe it's a case of they just don't care. It's making me wonder if I should even shell over money to them at the end of this year to renew my pro membership. I will have to give this some serious thought.

I was on the fence about it because I don't need two nudes but idk y I'm think this one may n a lil bit different? My riri nude is not as brown on my nw43 skin
