I just received an email that there wil be a sephora in jcp in my town opening in 2 days! Yay, no more driving to Indy or chicago!. But what is the difference between the jcp stores and the freestanding ones?

the jcp ones have more clearance sales n stuff too. i scored kat von d $24 concealer for $7

Nice haul jennifae! I'm interested in the Sephora Give Me More Lip Set. Could you let me know what you think of it after you've tried it out? I'm trying to decide what palette or set I want for my birthday.

I bought the Give Me More Lip Set and split some lipsticks with my sister. It's a great set and an amazing value! Most of the colors are great, some of them I didn't like but it's a great way to try out new brands, textures and colors!

All these hourglass palette pics make me want it! but im worried all 3 of those colors wont work for me. i actually dont know if any of them will work. ill have to go to a sephora and swatch and catch it on the next sale.

I bought the Give Me More Lip Set and split some lipsticks with my sister. It's a great set and an amazing value! Most of the colors are great, some of them I didn't like but it's a great way to try out new brands, textures and colors!

This is why I purchased the set. I love lip stuff, and it's a great way to try different brands and formulas.

I almost bought the lash stash set for this very reason during F&F this year. Then I remembered I bought it the last two years and both times half of the mascaras were all dried out.

I would have returned them except the first couple of mascaras I opened and used were fine, so I used them and threw away the empty containers. By the time I realized a good half of them were drier than the Sahara, I had already gone through 2 or 3 of the good ones. Couldn't exactly return it with missing products, you know? At least this year I remembered and saved my money for other things.

P.S. I got the same Tarte blush palette as you! I'm excited to try them...these are my first Tarte blushes.

It's a sickening deal. The blushes in the palette are practically full-sized (palette blushes are 0.158 oz, full size is 0.2 oz), and you get 4 blushes (5 if you count the bronzer) for less than the price of two individual blushes! As I mentioned, these are my first blushes from this brand, so I can't personally speak to the quality, but I can speak to the math! Like I said, sickening deal. And if you use a discount on top of that, how was I supposed to resist???

Thanks! I had the Lash Stash in my cart for the VIB sale. I removed it after reading this. Money saved!

Have you tried Tarte blushes yet? I love Tarte AC blushes because they're so pigmented and last all day on me. I already have Dollface (and I think I have Park Ave Princess), but I still got the palette because the other three shades look really nice, and it's a great value (and 20% off).
