Say it isn't so. That's what they did to me last week. I ordered a TTT lip liner and received an email an hour later that it was cancelled. Yesterday they must have gotten some more stock so I re-ordered the TTT lip liner and a RRW liner. I got an email saying that the RRW had gone out and the TTT is " in progress." I placed another order for the TTT and Nude lipstick today. To say that I am cautiously optimistic is putting it mildly. Good luck ladies.
I ordered diamonds on the 4th the my order status read "in process" for 3 weeks during the 3 weeks I called CS 3 times all three times I was told my order went through.. It's waiting to be shipped from the wear house.. This pass Monday I got an email saying that my order was canceled "item out of stock" they bs'ed me the whole while! I was soo annoyed
I ordered Diamonds a week ago, I called Belk 2 days later & he checked the stock & he told me they had 4 and I would definitely get it......well here we are a week later & it's still in process. It was a Christmas present so I'm not super upset, now I'm on the hunt for a dupe.
Nordstrom does the same thing all the time.
but still pple have been getting pro discounts on their stuff at stores that have restocked in their area. i've even seen some pple say they took their stuff back and got their discount at the store they bought from! lol. If i was in the same position i'd probably do the same thing.
