Man I still have Heavenly Creatures eyeshadows I do not use at all. Too glittery (the ones I got at least).
I never bought any MES after... no matter how freakin pretty they are to look at...

I wish I had your restraint. They really hurt my eyes so I can only wear them about once a week or so or I end up with a bunny rabbit red eye syndrome. They are so pretty they are damn hard to resist though. But $44 MAC can suck it,

they look nice but are they kidding about the price??? I dont see anyone paying that much for it. Is it bigger then a reg eye shadow? i hope so because that price is insane

They hurt my eyes, too! When I told MAC that, they acted like I was crazy.I wish I had your restraint. Definitely skipping this one for sure. I cant wait to see more spring collections & their color stories.
I have way too many Mineralized shadows from mac, I always get sucked in cause they look so pretty in their pans but this one at $44 no way.

Actual quads, just like MAC's current quads, just in mineral form instead of regular shadows.

I am losing my appeal for the MES in general. Yeah, the swirls are pretty, but can we really expect new colors? And TBH, the color payoff is sort of a let down. I am not big for foiling or applying wet, it bothers my OCD too much to wet the shadows. I am intrigued though...
And when the big mineralize collection comes out next Summer, I will totally space that I said the MES were losing appeal for me and be all, like, "Team all the MES!" So at that point, we will just forget the above comment, right?

Very excited to see pics! The high price probably means I wont buy one unless I know I'll reach for it often enough though.
