Oh, I hope not. The market for blue lippies is very small. That would be fun in a LE context, but I don't think they'd sell enough for a VG lippie.

You see RiRi as money-grubbing or MAC? I would say MAC b/c they are the ones who wanted the multiple campaigns w/ her. I doubt she demanded that. And trust when I say that MAC profited more than Rihanna.

I'm thinking it won't be RRW since many people already own the shade. It's gotta be something new. I was wanting this to be over...

Both. IIRC, celebs who do VG campaigns do not get paid for doing so. They just give their time and their face for a good cause. I remember talking to a manager at a MAC once about who would make great VG faces, and Cher came up. She told me that Cher (and Madonna) have been approached about doing VG campaigns and they both turned it down because they wanted to get paid to do it. Could be totally wrong, but that's the impression I've been under since having that conversation a couple of years back.

Purple would be so bomb. I'm happy and scared for this launch at the same time. Like legitimately shook. I cannot with the dramatics. But I know that color will be something special.

I am also a little fatigued with Riri and how MAC has handled the demand for her line. However, VG is a good cause that I will support. I just hope, like some of you ladies, that it is not Riri Woo again. A purple would be nice, but for some reason I am moreso hoping it will be pink or nude. A spring color maybe?

I really don't know what they will do for RiRi Viva Glam. I mean, after Riri Boy and TTT, and then Punk Couture, I don't know if they need to put out another purple (don't throw rocks! lol). We've had enough RiRi Woo. I think anyone who wants it has got it (or several) already. I'm thinking a pink. She does seem to be fond of Pervette.

IIRC, you can still purchase VGN & VGN2 until the new VG lippie is available. Did you try your local MAC store or counter? I think my MAC store still has both lippies and their glosses.

Really???? I was at my local MAC store in August I think and the SA was just like "Yea she is done.. her contract is up! Thats it! Now its time for the original to come back!" He gave off a vibe like they had to get rid of every last tube to make way for RuPaul and he sounded so happy about it I didnt even bother to ask ... then online I couldnt find anything. But thanks for letting me know! Im gonna call up some stores and hunt

And special packaging! I would love that. I never picked up either of Nicki's Viva Glam lipsticks. The first one looked a lot like Chatterbox, which I don't wear much (I bought it to wear to her concert, actually lol) and I knew the second one would look a frosted donut mess on me. For some reason, knowing that they're gonna be gone makes me want to give at least the first one, or the gloss, a try.

haaaaaaaaaaaa! My thoughts... 1. It better not be RiRi Woo... if so, expect to see more than one year of RiRi Viva Glam 2. They better not pull this waiting room CRAP 3. I WANT PURPLE!
