No, and neither are the PLW pans. (At least not for non-Pros.)

Spot on! The old "Large" e/s palettes had 8 holes so why they did not just do the same with the new ones!?The inserts for Pro longwear shadows are already in stores. saw mine at a free standing store. they hold 6 shadows. sorry if you already knew. and sorry cause i didnt ask for the price.
i think mac could have done a 8 holes insert instead of just 6.

Better late than never. Here's my double-sided palette.
On the blush side, I've got Dame, Strada, and Taupe. On the eyeshadow side, I've got Satin Taupe, Shale, Smut, Scene, and Electra on the top row, then Indian Ink and Mystery in the middle.
My MAC e/s and blush collection is pretty small. (I also have Brun e/s and Pink Cult blush but they're still in their pots.) I'd probably organize a bit differently if it were larger.

I can't do this double sided palette anymore. I've tried different magnets, inserts and there's always a few casualties- shadows popping out when I open the palettes out. They fall out and one fell on the floor. I'll find some other use for it. Off to grab some single palettes tomorrow. Thank goodness I only invested in one.
