I gave her my address and told her she could put it on my Nordstrom account. She emailed me back and said she would give me a call after 4 today. I was flying when she called but her voicemail explained how sorry she was for that bad experience and that the lipstick would be sent free of any charges! I finally spooks with her tonight and she explained what happened and said she wasn't trying to make excuses, but that she felt that I deserved to know exactly what happened. She really went above and beyond to make this up to me! She said they take their customer service very seriously and try to right wrongs when they can. A free TTT?! My faith in Nordies is restored!

YES! Nordstrom is the best! I'm glad you came out on top, with TTT and money IN your pocket...for something else of course! LOL

I believe Belk still has the RiRi Woo lip liner. Also, I got RRW lipstick from Mac online in the black tube today. I know how you feel about WTC. They cancelled my order of WTC too

TBH I'm not head over heels with it on its own. But the babies it makes when you put it on top of other lipsticks are so beautiful! Like on top of RiRi Woo (or any red liner/lipstick that's similar) or Embrace Me...it's gorgeous.

a blessing! GOD knows we need something free every now and then to feel appreciated lol. But I'm glad u got ur lips!

WTC is the EXACT same color as Meltdown. Swatched them side-by-side on launch day. It's funny because I don't think many people would have tried this color had it not been in this collection. Meltdown is just one of those random perm colors that no one ever talks about and you forget it exists.

It reminds me of jist a little too. I had just bought jist like 3 weeks before the launch and now it sucks because they are almost dupes

The ttt i bought frm macs site restock last week is wayyyyyy less patchy and dry it goes on smooth as butter they def reformulated the latest batch i love it now

I purchased meltdown before and hated it and gave it to away... So I didn't even bother with WTC

Woooowww it really is...I forgot about that color. And just like Meltdown WTC makes me look like I live in the 70's (very Disco-y)

Ugh I missed restocks! I'm so happy you got the better formula though...I am the QUEEN of Missed Restocks LOL...

I'm going to bite the bullet and buy one of those 44.99 Nudes on Ebay I guess lol
