I was at downtown Disney in Anaheim earlier today, and the sephora easily had ten lm palettes in stock. Anyone in SoCal looking for the palette should give them a call

Anyone have both the Lavish and Catwalk palettes from Anastasia?
I was looking at that Catwalk palette. Trying to tell myself I don't need that one, too but if I love Lavish and Catwalk is still around I will get it.
Has anyone that uses Make Up For Ever HD foundation tried MUFE Face and Body or Duo mat?  Now toying with trying another type of their foundations while they are on sale.  Would love to know feedback and how they compare for coverage, longwear, etc.m
Love, love, love the Face & Body foundation. Used it for years before trying HD. I love Duo Mat, too but I think it's been discontinued for Pro Finish. I think Pro Finish is MUFE's best foundation.
Ok another product question  (Can you tell I'm getting my last purchase list together? LOL) Anyone try the Stila Metal Foiled Shadows?  I swatched and a few colors were nice but they are SO pricey in my opinion
They don't seem worth it at all to me. It's too expensive. There's no justifying the price. I don't like having to mix the drops with the product. I don't like the texture either. It just grosses me out.

:agree: Too much work, too much mess for too much money. MAC's PPs give a much better finish for a much better price!

Fudge!!!! I was overcharged about $25 in store and I have no way to rectify it b/c it was out of town. I was distracted by the person checking me out and my daughter talking to me so I didn't see the double charge. Why did I choose to get an email receipt? Printed I would have noticed as I was walking out and would have had time to rectify. It's like I didn't even get a discount.

When I swatch Anastasia Brow Wiz all it does is drag across my skin not necessarily depositing color. Just making me ashy. It happens every time with at least 4 shades I've swatched. Do these things actually work?
Shontay I was swatching the Hourglass pencil and it was kind of doing the same thing. Also it's a thicker pencil so I'm not sure how it would work on the brows. Is this still your go to pencil? I'm looking for something that's sweatproof.

They should have the ability to look up your transaction with the trans# if you call them, and should be able to credit you the overage, even if you chose an email receipt.

I've used the Duo Mat in the past and still continue to use it to this day. It's the ONLY powder foundation that has worked for me. The coverage can be built up and it did not oxidize on me throughout the day. For reference, in MUFE HD I used 123 and in Duo Mat I use 205. It's still available at Sephora and I've seen some Sephora still carry it along with the Pro Finish (which I don't care much for).

I'm hoping they can, but I always worry when I can't prove something. I just don't want to argue with the manager. You know how some people don't like to admit they made a mistake. First I have to figure out what the charge is. It's the same sku twice w/ two different prices. The higher price is correct. I have no idea what the $24.50 charge is for. I like to be prepared when arguing about money. I've had some standoffs with cashiers before.

Don't be fooled by the swatch. Both pencils are excellent. Anastasia was my go-to before I tried Hourglass. I think if you need to do more detailing because your brows are sparse then Anastasia might be the best way to go. The shape of the Hourglass pencil is perfect to just do your brows quickly, but detailing is possible with the finer end of it. Just depends on what you are more comfortable with. Both wear very well. I bought the Tarte gel liner as reinforcement, though. Just a precaution I take, but they work fine on their own. I also find that doing your brows shortly after you moisturize your face always helps pencils glide on better.

I don't have a ton to fill so I may buy the Hourglass one. Currently I use and like MAC Spiked, but of course I'd like to find something I can get a discount + rewards on if possible. MAC's price is better though.

Personally I love it. I keep getting told how perfect my skin looks when I use them. But two are permanent colors, so I suppose it depends on whether you want 3 different shades in a smaller amount, or you just want one shade, get the regular one.

Interesting about the brow wiz. Just watched a Youtube review on some brow products that don't swatch well on the hand/arm but that work very well on the brows. Guess it's one of those products that you'll have to trust the reviews on and not the swatch.
That stinks about getting overcharged! I hope you get it resolved without issue.
