MAC Punk Couture Collection (December 26, 2013)

MUFE lipsticks leave perfume all up and through my mouth. I just can't wear them. Traditional stick and liquid lipstick. It feels/tastes like I licked perfume.

I don't usually smell scents on my lippies. Which is strange because I have a highly sensitive nose. I didn't even realize MAC had a slight scent to it. I found out on this site. I'm like most of you. If I smell it or if it smells like strawberries & cream, moth balls or rotten apples, I can't wear it. I had an old WW lippie that I loved, but it started to smell rancid and I got nauseous from it so I threw it out.

It's not even the smell it's the taste that kills me. It just loiters on my tongue for no good reason. I'm not eating it by the way, the scent just travels into my mouth because it's so strong. My Guerlain lipstick is quite floral, but I can't taste it.

I only have one MUFE lipstick, Rouge Intense #15. I love that purple, and will continue to wear it regardless, but it does have that perfum-y, powder smell that is pretty awful. I have one Guerlain kissKiss Gloss that I purchased years ago, beautiful grass green glitter shade, and I rarely use it because it's also too "perfume"-like. The Maybelline's don't bother me though. This is why I will always love MAC's vanilla scented lipsticks, although some have gone bad on me... I tend to notice this happening only on some of the "satin" formula ones I own.

Ohhh....that makes sense because I was sitting here smelling all the MUFE lippies I own and to no avail could smell nothing, but I also can't smell MAC lippies, so that still doesn't mean my nostrils are fully functional. Thanks for clarifying though!

Something really funny happened to me in the summer. I was wearing a Mineralized lipstick and every time I reapplied a friend of mine kept asking me what perfume I was wearing. She kept saying I smelt amazing! I couldn't pinpoint what it was and suddenly I realised it was the very strong vanilla scent of the mineralized lipstick!!

I nearly have to stick MAC up my nostril to smell it. I was always confused when people said they loved the vanilla scent. It's very light to me.

really? It smells so good lol. Other lipsticks have a artificial smell to it. Like my nyx matte lipstick

Hi everyone!

I came here to share my excitement about this new brand that I've just discovered: Pretty Zombie Cosmetics (http://prettyzombiecosmetics.bigcartel.com/). I first saw their Instagram page (http://instagram.com/prettyzombiecosmetics), and after looking a few pics, I decided to take a chance and order the "Black Cat" Liquid Lipstick. They also have a beautiful purple Liquid Lipstick called "Purple Poison". It reminded me of "Heroine" from MAC, which I love very very much! When the lipstick arrives, I'll be back to share my thoughts on it! There are also good pics on their Facebook page. The black, purple and red lipsticks reminded me a lot from this collection, so I thought it would be nice to share my discovered with you all!
