If you earn VIB or Rouge today you will keep that status through December 2014. If you're close you should spend the money now b/c on January 1 the $350/1000 requirement starts over and you will not get to enjoy the benefits of the status while you earn your way to securing it for the next year. If you click on My Account while logged in off to the right there should be a box showing your Beauty Insider Status and points status.

If you happen to not like something which you purchased, you can exchange it for that one
That way it keeps the discount

So I caved and bought NARS train bleu against my better judgement. It's going back. While it may not be an exact match it reminds me of MAC Night Violet on my lips. So I'll stick with my night violet. It's not necessary for me to have both right now. Not to mention I've spent way too much at Sephora over the past few sales so I'm really making myself only keep what I will used often regardless of seasons and trends

I got my order and I love everything. It's beyond amazing. Unfortunately, I also love the foundation I got to try, Guerlain Lingerie. It's gorgeous and if my shade comes back in stock tonight, I'll buy it. I can't pick a favorite among what I bought, but I will have to practice with the lip tar a few more times to get the hang of it. Right now I have the Guerlain foundation, UD lipstick in Manic, Hourglass Ambient in Diffused, and the Too Faced Favorite Things palette on my cheeks and eyes, and it looks amazing together. This is the first Too Faced product I've bought in a long, long time and it's going to be difficult not to pick up the other holiday sets

Also by the way I picked up the Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Topaz earlier this week and I love it!! I think I will try to pick up the Rose Gold one on Friday. I want to swatch and the closest Sephora to me that carries Becca is sort of far.

Palettes are my biggest new addiction. I got the Spellbinding and Too Faced Favorite Things ones today and I love them both. I will say, the Kat Von D one is far more pigmented in person. Based on swatches, I thought the red color would be a little chalky, but it's wonderful in person. I've had so much fun swatching them alone and over each other tonight. The duochromes are amazing

Thank you! That is very good information. When I log in, it shows my status as VIB, not how far I have to go that I can find. At one point it did pre-VIB. Someone else asked about this on facebook and they suggested that people PM them to check their status. I had to PM them a few times to get points fixed, so will likely wait a couple days so I am not bothering them

Most of my eyeshadows are from palettes! lol I love palettes. I have only couple single eyeshadows, which idk why I even bought actually (I have almost all sephora prisma chrome eyeshadows from when they went on sale and UD polyester bridge, also from their sale and then couple free mini shadows who knows from where lol).
But for palettes I have:
Lorac Unzipped
Kat Von D Tattoo Chronicles Vol1 and Candelabra
Tarina Tarantino Jewel Shadow Palette Magical and Fantastical
Urban Decay Skull palette; Feminine(2013); Glinda and Black palette
So now I can justify just getting Naked3 and that will be it, until I use up something >.< (or until UD has sale on yet another palettes, I can't resist them lol)
And I was silly and threw out the shadow-color-description papers which came with the palettes so now I have to open them to see which colors they have >.< Recently I realized I could have just look at the papers and decide what to wear from those instead.

Most of my eyeshadows are from palettes too! And my singles are all together in a MAC palette except for a few that I haven't depotted yet. I wish all the colors were just printed below the colors in the palettes. The Spellbinding has an annoying plastic sheet that list the shades, and I'll probably throw that out because it isn't convenient

I believe I've seen the best reviews about the Favorite Things palette out of all the Too Faced sets, so maybe just stick with the best. There, money saved.............to be used on other makeup.

Hi5! I think I will put all colors/description together and print it on one spreadsheet so I will know where is which color lol

Try adding some things to your cart. When I do that it was telling me how far I had to go to get to Rouge and for VIB. You can also just call and ask. Palettes are addicting b/c they're such a great value. We also tell ourselves they're perfect for travel. So when I went to South Carolina over the weekend I brought my Naked 1, Rimal Dahabia, Eclair p/p, and Zestful single. It was a shortish trip so I suppose I could have survived with one, but I will continue to lie to myself and say, "Now this palette will fill all my travel needs!"

I'm officially done! A couple things from my f&f haul went back, so this is how that went: Guerlain crazy ballz Guerlain crazy terracotta bronzer Laura mercier artist palette Laura mercier body soufflé sampler Hourglass ambient light palette Then I bought the nars promiscuous lip set with no discount, because I was afraid it would sell out Then the morning of the vib sale, I ordered Deborah Lippmann Big Bang set Sheseido cotton pads thingys Then I went to the store and got Ole henrikson ole lala set Glam glow face mask duo Loocitane 6 lotion set Dior new red blush Then I ordered online in two separate orders (because I was trying to convince myself not to be naughty) Ysl faux cil babydoll mascara Kat Von d spellbinding eyeshadow book You'd think that would be enough, but oh no. I got the conair Infiniti pro curl secret with my ulta coupon, then I hit up beauty.com and got the nars #3 brush, the deborah Lippmann starlight set, and the butter london luxe rocks fashion set. I now realize three things. Or possibly five. I seem to have bought a lot of things that are difficult to spell. I should be banned from computers and shopping malls. If typing the list of things I bought gives me a kink in my neck, it's too much. I still want the smashbox full exposure palette, and plan on getting two blushes and a lipstick when nars has their f&f sale. I feel like I've been to confession, and now I can do my penance and live to shop another day
