Sephora Friends & Family 2013

WOO! Finally bit the bullet and placed my order... I really tried hard to be good but with 20% off I took the chance to stock up on some most loved products.

These are going right into my backups drawer until I need them:
Urban Decay liner in Peversion (x2)
Sephora Favourites Lash Stash (going to use them up one at a time so I won't need mascara in a long while!)
Anastasia brow gel
UDPP
Hourglass mineral primer (wanted Smashbox but the large size was s/o so I splurged)
First Aid Beauty ultra repair moisturizer
100 pt sample Clinique dramatically different moisturizer

To play with right now:
Bare minerals well rested loose powder
UD Good Kama brush (my 2nd one - love this brush)
Nars LE day dream blush


And then I really needed a new foundation but they were sold out of my shade in MUFE so I bought it in the complexion kit... the primer and finishing powder can go in my B/U drawer.

Now I REALLY need someone to convince me that just because I saved 80 bucks on this stuff doesn't mean I can go spend 80 bucks online at Mac...

Pretty proud of myself. I kept it to just one order on Day One of the sale, and that's it. Oh, I thought about going back for more! But then I thought about cheaper options (do I really need to pay $18 or some craziness for a nail polish if every brand I've ever tried chips on me in 2 days anyway?). I thought about that potential $20 off coupon that should be coming in just a few short weeks. I thought about the credit card bills that still need paying and the Christmas gifts that still need buying. And I thought about my spending total for the year resetting in Jan., so I should probably leave some things on my "to-get" list so that I can make VIB (possibly Rouge again) next year without even trying. I think I'm good until that coupon. Or possibly Black Friday, depending on the deals.

Be HAPPY! That's what kept me going back and buying and buying were all the dang items on my list. Plus I don't delete them when I buy them because I'm weird and I like to see if they are still available later

Nice haul! And you must be my fragrance twin!!! I LOVE Marc Jacobs Daisy! AND I have been wanting See by Chloe! I asked for it for Christmas, so I resisted ordering some for myself during this sale! SOOOOOooooo Santa better come through. HeeHee You might want to try the Jennifer Aniston perfume when good weather comes back. It's my go-to Spring/Summer fragrance. I would've never thought to try it, since I'm not usually attracted to celebrity scents for some reason. But a Sephora salesgirl was wearing it 2 years ago and it's one of the first times I have ever gone out of my way to ask someone what they were wearing. I've worn it ever since! GREAT warm weather scent!! Grab a sample and let me know what you think of it!!
I wanted to get both of the new NARS blushes, but only grabbed the magenta one. You're right, I'm sure I would've worn Day Dream much more, but I figured I have tons of daily use blushes, I would get a little splurge-y on this one item! Hope I don't regret skipping DD! It looks BEAUTIFUL! I'm sure it will be gorgeous on you!

Good morning! Did Sephora extend the VIB sale? The code is still working. I had some items in my basket. I saw that the code was still working. I took it as a sign to make that purchase. Lol!
