There's no 'experience' in store. I asked for my Rouge card when cashing out on Saturday, and the girl told me that I don't need it since my old card is fine and still collects points. When I mentioned I'd rather have the Rouge, the other cashier said, 'yeah, she wants the status'. I kid you not. I said, "What status would that be?" My VIB tote was empty, so I asked if they weren't giving samples? I got two. Begrudgingly. I get way better service from MAC, be it online, at the local counter or the store near my office. I'm not someone who expects (or even likes) to be fussed over, but borderline rudeness doesn't quite meet my standard either.
