Did you try a pigmented base like a mac paint pot or something similar?Any WOC having a hard time making the LM artist palette work? On my complexion...uh...meh. Maybe I should give it another try?

You not only get the card, you also get the lipstick that comes with it... So that's just odd that they would say that and dissuade you from trying to get your rouge welcome packet.
Yes, I used the NYX JEP in milk and it was just OK. I think I'm primarily disappointed in the lighter colors and how they show up on MY complexion. I wanted to get it but my other palette from her doesn't transfer on the eyes well. They just don't stick to the eye. You blend them and they disappear. I'm hoping its different.

I wanted the smashbox palette and that sold out. All i ended up getting was the LM palette with the help of [@]Yazmin[/@]. Guess I'll wait to get more stuff from their next sale, if there is a next sale.There is so much that sold out because of this sale! It's crazy. Even a foundation I was thinking of getting is sold out, in almost every shade! A lot of stuff you wouldn't expect to go is gone.
Oh, I reached status online. I was just missing the card since that doesn't come in the online packet. I've worked retail myself, so I know it can be frustrating, particularly on busy days like VIB sales. Still, these 'I'm above this' types have to know that indulging in that kind of nonsense only comes back to bite their store and by extension, them.
