JUST got my package and I opened up my LM palette and it looks like someone scraped their nail against one of the eye shadows. Took a chunk out. While my vice 2 had finger prints in the eye shadows.... WTFFFFFFF

edit: Caved in and bought the hourglass ambient light palette earlier since it was online and since my area is out of the LM palette I can only in store exchange the Vice 2 palette for a new one. UGH. idk why this happens to me. When I bought the naked 1 palette online at sephora it had major finger print marks on the eye shadows?! gross.

omgg... that's disgusting, such a disappointment too. I'd have thought Sephora would have better controls.

My poor little heart! I checked my email too late and missed the Hourglass palette for like the 50th time. This is so depressing lol. I hope it pops back in stock while the code is still working. I did manage to order a Marc Jacobs Honey perfume for my mom though. I guess I'll grab some Urban Decay lippies and call it a day. Hopefully the Hourglass palette sticks around for the holiday gift cards. I've been spending way too much lately anyway and need a seat too lol

I remember buying the Ariel palette in store, as I was walking away I opened the palette to make sure everything was okay and saw finger print marks on 3 of the shadows. walked back in and showed the SA. she even said they looked like it was tampered with and quickly exchanged it for a new one. I made sure it was flawless. Idk what's up with sephoras quality control but it is definitely lacking!

I had to exchange a blush in-store yesterday and the first thing i do when i pull the item off the shelf is open it to make sure it hasn't been touched. When you're shopping from a place where the customers grab their products from shelf, it's what you have to do :dunno:

Received two of my orders today! My first dior lipstick is stunning! Maybe its just the dior gold lipstick holiday packaging but I felt like I was receiving a christmas tree LOL. And the shade Minuit is such a holiday party color

Agreed about this thread. I was glad we didn't do a new thread for the VIB sale. I like hearing everyone's thoughts on products I haven't had the opportunity to try. I always tell customers "I only have one face. I can't wear all the products at once."
