If anyone was curious what the Stila 500 point perk looks like here is mine. I think its always a good deal when a perk features a full size item. The liner is full size and the red lip is a big deluxe generous size too

I have the mini from VIB hourglass gift from summer, it's really pretty and dark. The finish is matte and after it sets after a minute or so, it doesnt stain much. It didnt leave red stains on my teeth which is plus lol So far it seems it stains the lips and stays there for a long time, just where you put it, its hard to smudge.

Would you say that the mini is worth the $10 they are asking for it on Sephora? Or should I wait for it to show up in another perk?

I would say wait for it, the value of the mini is just 8.4$ when compared to full size price, and they included it already in Give me more lip set and I think they were sending minis to rouge members as well, I predict it will be same as stilla apricot mini which they keep including in lots of deluxe baggies/point perks etc
And it's not LE so it wont run anywhere.

I talked a friend into going with me, and I am going! Going to look up 1920's style makeup. I wound up buying one of their expensive blending brushes during the revenge of the VIB sale, so I will get them to show me how to use it. (Mine has not even shipped yet!). I will also get colour matched for a foundation.. it took me a while to catch on to the shorthand you use for comparing foundations, but some of them seem to be MFU. At least that way I can start to develop some sort of a frame of reference for myself.
When did they send the minis to Rouge members? Did an e-mail go out or something? I meant the red mini they send when you become the rouge member, I know some received mini bite, and I thought some received mini hourglass icon, going to double check on google >.<

Nope, everyone gets the red bite mini lipstick, there's no variations. This does make me wonder though...is this going to happen every time we hit rouge each year, because, I don't want to keep getting the same mini lipstick. :-/ I'd rather just have another 10%(or more) off like when you hit VIB.

I don't think anyone knows since VIBR is so new. I would say y'all should take to Sephora's own forum BeautyTalk to discuss how you feel about the Rouge perks. They need to hear feedback that people don't think they're getting much for what we're spending. $350 to $1000 is a huge jump. So far people haven't been seeing the perks differ from VIB. Then there are those who are getting free shipping for a year by paying $25. Clearly that's a better deal than spending $1000 for it, but I'm no economist...
My hope is that the Rouge will be much better in 2014, but they need feedback to get it there. Lots of it!
