MAC Punk Couture Collection (December 26, 2013)

I will be buying in store bc I want my purple goodies in my hand immediately! As for Hautecore, I think I'll buy one for mixing (the matte version bc I refuse to try and mix a RM) and hit up MELT for their black lippie when it comes out. I am ridiculously impressed with their formula and coverage. MAC had done an ignorant dance on my wallet this year so I'm going all out for the holidays and taking a break. But I'll still be here to watch you all fuss and bicker because it's too funny not to lolol...

Lol! Well I believe that just cleared it up those issues and shut them down...

So after hemming and hawing because I didn't want the black one, I ended up preordering all four of them because I didn't want to have an incomplete set.

Got bored and decided to mix Black Black pigment with Jack Black lip balm. Can't recall if BB is lip safe though lol. Oops. This is what happens when you're bored and waiting for a collection to release.

This is really pretty.... somehow reminds me of licorice.

Felt like a really moisturizing and comfortable lipstick so it worked well lol. It was also extremely opaque without any issues and applied smoothly. Only took a tiny bit to get full coverage. It just wasn't matte...but it wasn't bad at all. So I figured out that Jack Black would make an awesome lipstick with the right pigment colors lol. I wore this on my lips for about 3 hours before I took it off but I'm sure I could have gone a lot longer.

Omg I'm so excited I just adopted a kitty!!! I have always wanted a Siamese kitten and I happened to walk into my local adoption place and they had JUST got two in! She's so pretty and cute I adopted her on the spot! Now to decide a name.. Maybe makeup related? lol

Aww congrats on the new kitty!! I have a cat that's half Siamese (not sure about the other half, but my guess is Bombay), and he is a handful! Very vocal, very mischievous, very playful, and scary smart! As for a makeup related name, with all the names MAC comes out with for their colors, I'm sure one would work for your cat! How about Ruby Woo?

I've narrowed down my list to 3 of the lipsticks and that's it. I need to go on a gloss no-buy, so I'm resisting those. I really should go on a lipstick no-buy too, but somehow that just does not compute in my head. So all lippies but Hautecore for me!

Really? What shade are u in MAC? I was gonna hunt down Sushi Kiss. I was looking up pics online and started obsessing again lol. It looks so pretty on some people but I don't wanna look like a clown (like I do in Ablaze).

The MAC MUA taught me how not to look like a clown with Ablaze (I'm NC45). She used a red liner (I think cherry) and dabbed some rose gold pigment in my pout. Ah-mazing!:encore:

I don't think mines full, if you Google Siamese cats mine looks just like those house cat Siamese not the freaky Asian/African? Ones lol As for name my hubby had a say so it's Isabelle but I'll probably call her izzy

Did she fill the lips completely or fade in with the liner? Thanks for the tip. I don't have that pigment though.
