Ty MACina :) This color is hot on itself but as it has been mentioned by fellow specktrettes, it's a great layering color... Gonna try with some pigments later tonight. I am getting an extra one with punk couture (preorder) but I might just sell it. I never get through any backup anyway so if anyone missed out I'll let them know once my order arrives come PC release

I've been ordering things for my upcoming vacation and figured I'd wait anyway since I preordered with Nordstrom. Did you purchase Hautecore on Thanksgiving?


I haven't seen Hautecore look bad on anyone! You ladies sure are rocking it! Makes me less nervous and more anxious to receive mine with my Punk Couture haul!

Mosha & Naomi you both look amazing with Hautecore!!!! Thanks for sharing. So far, this seems to be a must have for everyone. Glad I pre-ordered mine. Now, I have a silly question. Is the Hautecore coming out with PC a matte or a retro-matte? Is this one from Black Friday a matte or retro-matte? Sorry. I am getting confused if they are both the same finish or different.

The bottom of mine says it's matte. I am kinda confused about the PC one too though and am torn on if I need it in RM if it is for sure does come out in a different finish.

I think that sounds like it'll be a very pretty look. I'm looking forward to experimenting with it and trying real subtle and real bold looks with it and seeing which one I like more.

Thanks! I think I'm going to use Dame blush and Malt eyeshadow all over the lid with Summer Honey pressed pigment in the crease. That's the plan when I actually leave the house after these damn teeth!!!

Both releases are a matte finish.

Hey, everybody!! (newbie here - LOL!) I received my Hautecore this afternoon, and at first I'm going to be real honest and say I didn't like it (but that was on its own). However, since then, I have I have been mixing it with other l/s, and I gotta say it has won my heart over! My fav combo so far is HC + Riri Woo!
