did everyone else get charged for shipping too this time? i called and they told me even if i had a code for free shipping it wouldn't work because there is no free shipping today at all due to the large number of orders. is this true or should i speak with another rep?

I used a credit card which doesn't show activity right away. But, I've had MAC orders not show up on my actual bank account for a couple hours so don't worry.


Didn't it say this with the last collections too?



This has happened to me before and I had to clear my cookies on my internet browser to go back to the US site.



I was also able to get in back-to-back. I don't understand why, yet some people were still stuck in a waiting room when I had no waiting room whatsoever after my initial wait. I could have placed 3 more orders if I wanted to. It's so random.



I do even though I had no desire for it before. HA! I'm just picturing my makeup having a party in that bag and it looks pretty cute.

Awww. Is that my bank sends me alerts when I buy more than $ 50 and so far nothing. and revice my account and nothing. I will not be quiet until I see a movement.

I think this launch has to be the worst from previous releases. People were able to place more than one order while others were stuck in the limbo of the waiting room which by the time we got out the items we wanted were sold out. I called MAC to complain and they said they were planning on restocking pleasure bomb but not bgrr. Which I don't really believe them cause MAC isn't reliable.

I tried to not get my hopes up, but honestly, this process is bull. On 5 devices and I still missed out on the 2 new ls shades plus one eyeliner and nail polish...ugh! So annoyed hearing some ppl hot into the site to shop before noon as well, great for those who did but not cool for others who went by their original time... Sorry for the vent, just super disappointed here, especially knowing ppl got BUs that are going straight to eBay

Exactly! And for some reason when I clicked on the eyeliners cockiness said sold out and Pisces persuasion said sold out soon but wouldn't allow me to place it in the basket!?! Major WTF

@Mayanas My purchase hasn't come out of my bank account yet either, but if I remember correctly it took them a few hours last time when the Fall collection launched. I wouldn't worry as long as you got your confirmation email and it will probably be taken out when they ship it at the very latest.

Damn this went so fast! I was in the waiting room at 12, got out by 12:15 and PB and BGRR was sold out. I managed to snag another RRW though. Guess I'll be waiting for the Nordstrom release
