That being said, I have noticed that my local Mac counter which is in a Bay dept store always seems to get a decent amount of each item (at least 20 for the lipsticks) for the LE collections, so I hope the poor online planning is because a lot of stock will hit counters throughout Canada.

You know what I think is sad? That when a store gets 20 of something limited or not, it is considered a decent amount. MAC takes limited edition to a whole other level and it is not a level that companies should strive to reach.

I felt like hell this morning. I was somewhat conscious just after 11, but had to go to sleep. I woke up at 12:02 and went to the site on my phone. Waited for about 5 minutes and then gave up. The universe is telling me something when on launch day I feel like a truck fell on me. Just managed to get myself together. So I'll just wait and see if I can't get something Thursday. Keeping it real, though I was never going to get into that waiting room anyway.

I'm supposed to be done with the foolishness but my cousin basically called me and has a SA in New Jersey who will take presale orders from us so it looks like I'll be getting Pleasure Bomb. To BU or not BU that's the real question. She doesn't use the Heaux she got from the summer release so she's giving it to me but I wonder do I really NEED Pleasure Bomb if this will be my second BU of Heaux. I feel like I need to see it on some NC45 women then I'll make a decision. Otherwise, I need opinions.

It's not a big deal. Just that woman thang, ya know? :haha: I swear, some of us need like days off with pay, a nanny to care for the kids, just a clone to takeover our life duties for the first couple of days. It's a killer. :lol:

On the 12th I am only going to try to get the bronzer I wan to see that in person. I was scared to buy it online bronzers scare me but this one looks so pretty on the pics I saw on other people .

Yes, in most cases the best thing is to think of where else can your money be better spent! Plan to go in on some UD goodies from Sephora w/ my $20 off..

Spoke to a MAC rep who compared Heaux and Pleasure Bomb for me. She said the two are similar and that PB is less red but more berry. If you like Heaux you'll like Pleasure Bomb. Just wanted to share that. The info will probably help me make my final decision.

Well that is very helpful :) I wasn't able to get Heaux so I'm jazzed I got PB. I would prefer Heaux cause I love reds but I'm happy cause I don't have any pinks in my collection expect for Hollywood Knights from Heatherette collection

Yeah, you're right, Naomi. It is sad to be conditioned to think that 20 lipsticks for a collection is decent. It's better than three though, especially when one of those three gets yanked to 'display tester' status immediately.

Wow, I'm shocked that it was sold out so fast. I got on an hour later --I forgot this was being released today -________- so I had no chance.

Guess I'll be waiting for the department stores. I wonder if they are gonna pull the stunt they did in the summer...releasing these three different times with more stock.
