RiRi Hearts MAC Holiday Collection (December 12, 2013)

Who are these people? Why do they exist?!?!

All of them except the last one ARE being bidded on! 1st pic has 28 bids, 2nd has 14, 3rd has 21, but the 4th is a "buy it now" and I really don't know anyone that is gonna buy 2 lippies that cost $40 together AT MOST for $400 dollars... 10 TIMES RETAIL! eBay vultures

Well...when you figure out how to remain calm re this fiasco let me know your secret!
This entire process was

. Not enough stock to begin with and then the waiting room was a joke.
I have been MIA but sticking my head in every once in a while ....trying to catch up.

AGREE with everyone else: PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM EVILBAY or INSTAGRAM!
They charge crazy prices, make a great profit and it only encourages them to stalk and suck up the limited supply when another collection comes out.

Totally frustrated!

!!! Though the waiting room was somewhat fast, by the time you could get in there, things were gone! This, out of the 3 real collections (not counting RRW's initial spring release) was the WORST in the sense of stock, but the best in waiting room times (IMO). You can't win with MAC. & As much as I want PB, I'm not resorting to IG or eBay for it. I'd rather do without it.

I'd be calling them back and demanding that they re-place your order immediately! Since it was a legitimate order, and if there was no issue with your credit card, and they can't seem to find any reason as to why it was canceled, they NEED to fix it! They have extra product on hand to replace product that is lost or damaged, so they can use items from that inventory to reissue your order. This is straight bullshit, and you need to tell them so!

I just wanted to give you a big shot out Girl!!

I followed all the instructions you gave me on how to deal with the waiting room fiasco and I was able to get all the items I wanted for the Riri collection . I just read the previous post and I'm sorry that some people think you come off as being rude. Girl!! Without your knowledge I felt like I was getting thrown out to the Wolves LMAO!! ....Thanks again!!!

I agree! They're preying on people who don't realize they only have to wait a few days to have another chance at the lipsticks they wanted. It's sad

Not being able to get what I wanted online, may not have been a bad thing. I thought it would be easier to order online. I feel confident I'll get everything I want. I'm still going to try an order Punk Couture online. I can't deal with the boxing day crowd.

I'm beyond pissed was in the waiting room at 12 checked out about 10 mins later all items in cart was busy yesterday I like wow that's fast waiting waiting on confirmation never got it so checked my mac account and no info on my items no nothing just checked my card no charges I know I checked out wth is going on smoke is coming out of my ears right nowdid this happen to anybody else?

Are you sure you checked out? Cause I had logged into my account before the collection launched so I can be ready with all my info. So when I was finally able to order after being in the waiting room I had to log in again which was very weird cause I had already done it. I always make sure to get an order # it should have gave you one as soon as you placed the order.

I don't know if you've heard about this, but apparently there is a virus going around via UPS E-mail notifications. It has an attachment that when opened will encrypt your data, leaving you without access to it. UPS does not send attachments with their notification E-mails so be careful before you open anything that appears to be from UPS!!!
