Nope only placed one order for the 3 lippies. Customer service rep can't even tell me why it was cancelled. :'(

Did your order go through before 12EST? I wonder if they are going to cancel orders that were placed before 12.

I'm nervous about the cancelled order thing. The OP's looks like a standard order.

I ordered the 3 lipsticks at 12:03 EST. I did no backup or multiple ordering--just a straight, basic transaction. My debit card hasn't been charged yet (pending transaction) and my order still reads "pending" on MAC's site.

Has anyone received a ship confirmation from MAC yet?

Nope was placed about 12:05 . Guess I'll just have to wait til it's available on Nordstrom. MAC Customer Service is no help.

The email I received says it will take 5-7 business days to process orders so I'm not expecting it to be shipped this week or maybe even next week, and it will probably stay pending until it does ship.

i guess the shadows and the makeup bag weren't really a big hit because they are still on the website.. orrr maybe they had a lot more of those than the lippies which i would think it would be the other way around!!

I love the makeup bag but I just can't see myself spending $40 for it. I'm surprised that both shadows are still there too.

Yeah, I read the -launch date was the 9th for online and in store on two sites. In addition, a Mac cs agent told me the 9th as well which is why I asked for clarification.

That's why I asked for clarification as well. I wanted to make sure I had the correct info so I wouldn't miss out again.
