I just never wear anything too glossy so I convinced myself (or rather wallet went all: noooo I don't need them bla bla ) Can we get more on them? Are they sticky!? Did you try it with anything other than PC ?

Just woke up to a message from my dad that he's sending me a gift card for Christmas so that I can buy a pair of shoes that I've been dying to splurge on and that my lipstick shipped. On the other side of that, I'm also waking up a tad later than I wanted for work.

I didn't see the boxes - they're all labeled matte on the tubes. I asked my friend about it. He said that when they were at update, they were told that even though it said retro matte in the book, everything was going to be matte.  They are definitely MAC new-style mattes in application, the way they feel on the lips (very light as a feather and not drying) and the very slight sheen.

This makes me SO happy I love the new mattes and was kind of meh thinking they'd be Retro Matte. I'm really not crazy about mattes in general I'm much more a moisturizing lipstick girl lol but I do like the feel of the new mattes
