Miine too pending bad enough my cockiness liner was snatched away but damn! ....the least i can get is my pices liner and brushed shipped out i do hope there weeding out the multiple order greedy ppl and evenly distribute them to ppl who simply ordered 1 to be fair some of those rediculous smounts should get canceled i feel for u ladies who wanted lippies all this time even though i had mine early i was hoping yall got what u wanted i figured due to alot of ppl who got lipsticks nefore launch there would be alot available for you ladies but i guess people were greedy

I agree and I didn't like it at all at first that big r was throwing me off but I still want items from the fall collection because I love the fall collection the best it's going to be hard for mac to top it imo

I still upset at myself for not ordering I can't wait to see everybody swatchesSince my Punk Couture order shipped from Nordstrom I was thinking my RiRi order from MAC shipped as well. Wishful thinking, my RiRi stuff is still pending.

Totally agree with you & CiaoBellaa.. The fall packaging is super pretty,very true to the rose gold theme, and is unique . I've not seen other packaging that compares. The holiday version is nice, but no wow factor, and white has been done before

Ha ha, real talk!! I must say though, customer service has been good on the phone with me. They confirmed pre launch that it would likely be available before the 12th, went through my online & phone order one by one on the phone yesterday to confirm my order & shipping plus estimated date of arrival (all these pending posts had me nervous!!), aaaaannnnd agreed to help me in the future once they restock soon. So there's some good, at least on my experience. To all those with pending orders, I'd give them a call to clarify & ease your concerns

I just called a few counters in my area and only one (which is gonna be opening early and be almost 2 hour drive for me because of traffic) is "fully" stocked. All the other stores/counters said they had limited quanites. One counter said they only got 4 of PB and BGRR. I live in Atlanta

The CS reps I've talked to said they know nothing about restocks. I'll keep calling until they put me on about the restocks!!To all those with pending orders, I'd give them a call to clarify & ease your concerns
