I'm still sick that BGRR and PB were snatched out of my cart, and I really hate to send my granny in ATL to the counter again on Thursday especially if they run out like last time. She cursed out/fussed at the poor MUA

The CS reps I've talked to said they know nothing about restocks. I'll keep calling until they put me on about the restocks!!

I called and the CS told me that my order is still at the warehouse. Apparently they had an overwhelming number of orders from Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Riri Holiday collection...so mine probably won't be shipped out until Monday. ....I was courteous on the phone but idk sounds like BS. Especially since some of you girls had items that have already shipped.

The CS rep told me the same thing. She said because it was limited edition, that's it Then again, she had to put me on hold to "find out"

I'm pretty confident my store will have what I want I'll just need to show up the first day. I've noticed they run out of pinks and red lipsticks but usually not till that night or next day. I'm pretty sure I'll have no problem getting the nudish pink and bronzer

I spoke to a customer service rep to inquire about further information on the status of my order, and I was told everything was fine and that it will ship out on Monday. So for now, I'll stop stalking my order since the likelihood of it shipping today is slim, however, I will be on 24 hour watch for the shipment on Monday, lol. Hopefully, the schoolwork that I need to complete in addition to studying for finals will keep me distracted until then, lol.

I've been stalking the MAC website like a junkie. But I give up I'm just going to get up early and brave the Canadian winter and go to the mall. The fact so many of you have not gotten a shipping confirmation scares me. They did not take this long for Hautecore. I receive mine by Monday afternoon. I really hope you all get your orders (especially before the launch that way you know if you need to go to the store or not)

My first order shipped. My second order is still pending. I was wanting to get these at Nordies, but I got screwed last time b/c they actually enforced their 1/person policy and my SA couldn't get them for me. Now I'll just have to get any back ups I want from her. BGRR is looking really nice.
