I think I've read where some who got to order that day want to know from us when/where its released next from us

umm, lets see..you got to place an order, we didn't...so we should give you info so you can possibly order them all up so we don't get to order again.

this was by far the worst launch ever, I was able to get stuff from riri past launches although that was annoying this takes the cake, I got riri woo and the bronzer on thursday but like everyone else I wanted the two lippies. for the summer I was able to get backups but I only get backups because I know I will finish a tube really fast especially when I love the color I am on my second tube of heaux but it has come to my attention that people sell their extra items for ridiculous prices and that is sad and what also pisses me off are people actually had the items in their cart and when it came to checkout the items the stuff was removed wtf is that about? that is a shame. And I cannot stand chicks on IG getting the items before everyone else but when it comes to actual customers there aren't any in stock idc about them having connects it is not fair to the paying customers. I live in NYC so I know the stores will be packed considering the fact that they are only 13 lipsticks of every color will be available I pass. that is why I wanted to get the items online. Can anyone kindly PM about which online stores will have the launch early. After this collection I will be done with M.A.C they have showed time and time again that they do not care about their customers, I felt like they intentionally sold out the items fast so that they can say Rihanna's launch sold out in 15 mins, something is very fishy about that and I am over them and the elitist bs. If I am unable to get pleasure bomb and that bgrr online I will not bother to go to the store to waste my time,

Hey Brooklyn. I don't think you are alone with your frustrations with the way MAC has chosen to sell these items. I literally was 'in the waiing room' as soon as it launched & not 5 min. later was able to place an order. PB & BGR LSs & the bronze EL were gone. It doesn't make any sense because I still could add PB but it wouldn't let me check out. What's crazy is that with the 2nd waiting room, it kept kicking me out & not letting me place my order but I was able to get my stuff hours later, so it makes no sense that MAC sold out so quickly this time. Obviously MAC knows their customers want these items so with this being a holiday collection you think they would give there hard core customer base what they want, but they don't & that speaks volumes loud & clear MAC. What does MAC gain by people selling these items on eBay for hundreds of dollars anyhow? I'm maxed out with frustration, I'm not quite ready to cut the tie but let me tell you that I've been spending my money on other companies' products because of all this BS & the more this continues the further it pushes me, you & many many others away. I'll be happy to PM you if I'm awake.

I was super frustrated that the site went up early and within like 5 mins it was sold out. It wasn't even 15 mins I'm sure a lot more people would have made it since it seemed the waiting room was different this time around. I will be up all night stalking. Let the games begin. I don't mean to sound negative about sticking to our system but I think theres a member here who reports all of your info on their instagram release dates...Restocks...color stories pretty much all info we share here. and they have a lot of followers so these ebayers can get the info one way or another.
