MAC Magnetic Nude Collection (December 26, 2013)

I won't be getting much or anything as I just bought two nudie/MLbb lipsticks from other brands to try (NARS And Hourglass). Although one never knows with MAC collections...I always seem to be tempted by something in the end!

This was me with the Riri Woo collection.... I went for only wanting Pleasure Bomb....to only wanting Riri Woo.... to actually purchasing All Three lipsticks..... And I almost went back for that dang bronzer....had to tell myself, "girl....you neva use bronzer stop playing yourself!!!"

I agree completely Mac-Guy! That is logical and makes perfect sense to me . I got into the game a wee bit late but I have caught up on items suited for me that I missed out on. I don't think there is any must-have item that I am hoping gets repromoted presently. I have gotten to the point of being more futuristic than vintage chasing thankfully! My purchases are better selected now versus just running with the hype. Specktra has helped me a lot with controlling that urge. It's best to get a few items that are well loved and will get a lot of use than a ton of stuff just to be able to say that you have it and end up giving it away, selling or swapping (guilty of this) I have now become content with missing various collections by choice as they were not my taste. I also think that having honest make up artists who really understand and know what will work and what will not is a plus. Commission chasing (and Mac's LE SO games) IMO sometimes pressure consumers to feel compelled to rushed, make poor choices and subsequent returns , negative reviews and feedbacks which ultimately causes price increases, scarcity and other factors eventually due to losses etc

Glad to help, doll! This collection Magnetic Nude is Limited Edition btw. I would advise you to get your definite must-haves,can't live w/o items first, lol then your after-thoughts, possibles and maybes later on, next paycheck etc if they are still around. The CCOs are useful as well as the clearance bins here, blog sales and other various sites. Mac also tends to restock at random times however don't bank on that as it tend to go very quickly when they do.

Thanks for the descriptions Liba! So far my lists consists of: Superb edsf Magnetic Appeal edsf Pleasure Model edb I'm hoping I can narrow my list down to 2 items. I'm I don't need 2 more edsfs but I can't miss out either lol. I need those swatches already!!

Liba thanks for your review. I kinda thought the copper/brown/red e/s was similiar. I'm skipping thouse. Will definitely look into MA, b/c Glorify and I didn't get along. LOL I haven't paid enough attn to the blushes and lippies yet. Morning Rose is pretty though.
