Isn't it though? Everyone was saying it was supposed to be clearing up by today but in reality it felt like it got ten times worse! I sent my boyfriend sliding over to Kroger earlier tonight and he said EVERYTHING was gone. I'm just glad I don't have to get out in that mess tomorrow...I haven't even looked at my car since Thursday, lol.  

It's probably coated in ice. Just don't put hot water on it!! It will crack. The hubby understands the struggle so he helps me out lol. Well I heard Pete Delkus on channel 8 say we are going to freeze again tonight. You know Dallas people get a few inches of snow or ice and don't know how to act. Lmfao

besides wanting to the lippies....what does everyone think about the items in this particular collection and also which launch do you think had the best items? for me I am going to say the summer collection because I love heaux and the lustre drop was pretty I am upset that I did not buy it.

Well hello Texas beauties....I'm in Denton tx....quess you all would call that the country ( I would since I am a NEWYORK) transplant. I stalk this place everyday forget to log in, I have had it with Mac LE collections I did not even try for riri this time around, all I looking forward to is the Magnetic Nude collection. This place is dangerous to my pocketbook when it comes to the higher end makeup I've started my Chanel collection and have a wish list for Tom Ford. so good luck to all you guys hope you get your riri goodies. I'm sitting this one out.

Well yeah. They upload photos of the makeup, and then in the caption list their selling price. There's people on here that sell their makeup on IG for double the retail price. Used/swatched makeup.

I don't understand selling used lipsticks. Like ewww, no I don't wanna buy your used lipstick for 40 bucks

I have an idea for newbies... if you're truly coming around to be a part of our community, learn, contribute, make friends, etc...
Join and create an account. Start interacting. Ask questions. Post your opinions. Then, after a couple of new collections (which will go VERY quickly given the quantity MAC releases), you'll have plenty enough posts to make everyone feel secure and that you are truly a member, not just a "hit it and quit it" visitor. Even Spectra's clearance bin has a 50 post and time requirement so people here feel safe to deal with you. It's sort of the same principle.

Certainly you can understand that no one means to make you feel unwelcome or excluded. BUT there is an expected etiquette in all things in life. It's the polite and nice thing to do to not just feel it's OUR responsibility to make YOU feel welcome...but also YOUR responsibility to make US feel you are a part of our community. Introducing yourself in the threads is a good place to start.

How do you like Denton? my BF and I just moved here last year and considered Denton for awhile. I'm looking forward to Magnetic Nude as well...and Punk Couture!

this was by far the worst launch ever, I was able to get stuff from riri past launches although that was annoying this takes the cake, I got riri woo and the bronzer on thursday but like everyone else I wanted the two lippies. for the summer I was able to get backups but I only get backups because I know I will finish a tube really fast especially when I love the color I am on my second tube of heaux but it has come to my attention that people sell their extra items for ridiculous prices and that is sad and what also pisses me off are people actually had the items in their cart and when it came to checkout the items the stuff was removed wtf is that about? that is a shame. And I cannot stand chicks on IG getting the items before everyone else but when it comes to actual customers there aren't any in stock idc about them having connects it is not fair to the paying customers. I live in NYC so I know the stores will be packed considering the fact that they are only 13 lipsticks of every color will be available I pass. that is why I wanted to get the items online.

Can anyone kindly PM about which online stores will have the launch early.

After this collection I will be done with M.A.C they have showed time and time again that they do not care about their customers, I felt like they intentionally sold out the items fast so that they can say Rihanna's launch sold out in 15 mins, something is very fishy about that and I am over them and the elitist bs. If I am unable to get pleasure bomb and that bgrr online I will not bother to go to the store to waste my time,

Well there goes my early morning trip to the big stupid store in Herald Sq. next Thursday. I have no chance.

I also just said I'd buy no more MAC Riri. So ashamed.

I'm not interested in anything in this collection besides the lipsticks. The makeup bag is kinda cute though.

I feel like Summer wins for me, because of Heaux & Riri Boy. I still would've liked to try the lustre drops but I passed at the time too.

Hello!! Denton is awesome. I live in that section where I live in Plano and in Denton county lol. I'm a sucker for nudes so I'm totally looking forward to the MN collection. My holy grail nude lip combo is Hodgepodge lip pencil and freckletone lipstick. Too bad both are discontinued but i own a few back ups

I definitely know what you mean about your stash multiplying since joining Specktra! HAHA I always would get a selective item or 2 from new LE collections, but now I haul my a*s off! I feel EVERYTHING is "NEEDED!" It's like being in a club, you want to fit in with the other members! If YOU have it,I have to have it TOOOOOO!

Well used lipsticks can be sanitized, so it's not that bad. But a BNIB Hollywood Nights isn't worth $40, so a used one definitely isn't worth $40!
