I'm going in store Thursday to swatch the bronzer in person along as I get there early I will be okay my friend went fall launch at 10am and was the only one there lol she saided the mua kept trying to get her to buy more i guess with one customer and all lol

I would like to go in on Thursday just to play with the bronzer, see how the gold liner shows up on my skin and just the general craziness of people trying to get their stuff. Don't know if I'll be willing to get up early enough, though.

Not true at all. I have ordered from Nordstrom for MAC items several of times and even though they DO get their shades mixed up on the website, the item is sent by the actual name on the lipstick. If they ordered 2 PB and 1 BGRR, they should get exactly that & I know this from experience since they mix up their shades online quite frequently.

I don't think anyone here needs to be stressing and worrying about getting their orders after we were up all last night stressing and worrying about being able to place them in the first place. I understand you've been told something different entirely, but multiple people now have reported back after being told the same thing by Nordstrom CS, who are paid to interact with the public. All of their stories are lining up - and shipping notifications are going out. So while a few orders may be affected (a few always are with product launches like this, no matter where you order from), I think it's safe to assume this one seems to be going fairly smoothly and we should let people be excited and await the arrival of their packages, not try to scare anyone into thinking they may not get what they paid for
