If there's no limit notice, they can't enforce a limit (aside from their own standard policy), regardless of past limits.Plus....if you ordered more of same color ...some ppl order will get canceled at the end....and their was a limit for nordys....my aunt works in the offices...so that's how I found out
Exactly!That isn't right... I ordered 2 of each lippie and I don't care if they only send me 1 but they can't cancel the order. There was NO notice on the page (during the Fall launch it STATED only one per person per product) so I went ahead and got BUs.
Right!? When it's on your order, it's the colour name that's listed, not the swatch. No business goes by a swatch. They go by the name and the number related to that name. The swatch is for the customer's benefit only.It really doesn't make sense to go by the swatches. The name is the only thing that makes sense because internet swatches are wonky anyway. If your order confirmation has two specific names then that is what you should get. I doubt Nordstroms would be foolish enough to do it any other way. Swatches are a guide and that's it.
