Sorry if this has been answered or debated before. But I was under the impression that we were still doing codes for launch sites. In order to prevent lurkers and ebayers? Are we still doing that or are we just blurting out whichever website is launching?

After it is sold out the need for codes is not really necessary. I don't think the codes work because not everyone sticks to it.

So people that got to order from MAC's launch are buying more from all the other launches - no wonder no one else can get anything....& probably getting all the info from here

& then all the ebay hoarders. Insane quantities on there - BOO

I agree with this! I was lucky enough to get stuff in the Nordies launch so I'm staying away from the stores on Thursday. It's only fair to let others get a chance at getting a first tube before going back for your 2nd or 3rd back up tube.

I thought we were too (for stocks and restocks), but it looks like there's a new code of some sort? I'm sticking to the old code because it's easier to remember and works. Sorta.

Well it hasn't even launched on two sites yet. I guess it's our own choice to stick to the code or not.

I did this. I feel bad about it sort of but I only got one each from MAC and then one from Nordies for my daughter so 2 orders but not hoarding.

Nah, I understand that part & I've done that for backups...but some are are placing many multi orders like 3s & then placing another order back to back... they just signed up & ask for all the info
from here from pm's & such. I guess I shouldn't really care

It just would be nice for others at least be able to get one.

I do not know the new code either...just knowing it is up causes the lurkers to go search the known sites. Now with the ones that they know have launched it makes it too easy to figure out who is left to stalk,

This is what has pissed me off for a while on here and why I was so worked up with the Fall collection and pushed for the forum to change to private or to be a pay member site but oh well.

Punk Couture won't be so crazy. I've been able to get just about every product I've wanted from every other launch without too much trouble. It's just these Rihanna ones with the waiting room and crazy limited quantities. Besides you know you don't wanna miss those purples lol.

Punk Couture won't be so crazy. I've been able to get just about every product I've wanted from every other launch without too much trouble. It's just these Rihanna ones with the waiting room and crazy limited quantities. Besides you know you don't wanna miss those purples lol.

Super star collections like RiRi and Marilyn brought out more than just MAC fans. They are echelons above reality crazy!

Some are still doing the old code, some are making up their own, & those that don't care or cannot read just blurt it out

Hey! I went to the store for the fall launch and was lucky enough to get to the counter first but I will avoid the store as much as possible because they get very little stock. When I went for fall launch the counter only had 3 nudes one for me and one for the second person in line the 3rd was for the display. I would try the websites first then check again for any restocks. to t

Hey MD ladies!! I'm expecting about 4 boxes today from different retailers lol but I will be on the look out for these lippies in case any of you missed them. Or try to atleast! I don't know what goes down on store launches and I don't want to find out here lol. *cali girl originally*
