I get what Janice is saying, truly respect and appreciate the fundamental basis for this site. This place has been heaven sent. But when we have situations like this, it's frustrating. I feel like this is one of the most limited (in terms of quantity) MAC collection I've experienced. I don't mind lurkers/stalkers/w.e. because I think I can safely say we all started there at one point. Whether feeling it out or being scared to post, we all start from somewhere. But why would I be encouraged to join and be a part of the conversation if all I have to do is look for someone who is blurting out the website?  This isn't t make someone feel a way but more so to say, truly join and get involved. Read through allllll the posts. Become a part of our conversations. Through following the threads and process of elimination, you'll be able to realize what sites were referring to. Thats how the community feels like a community. Not as if were trying to create a club/clique. Heck I'm not even on here as much (work/makeup rehab) so I can see how it may feel like a members only club, but I encourage everyone to not see it that way. Please realize and see our frustration and aim to be a part of the solution.

Well said. We're not that scary people who jump right in get involved and start posting find that out.

I would just encourage new members to actually read the threads many questions that are asked can be found right in the THREAD.

Well I'm happy that's over. It's so frustrating when you want to log on really quick and see if a collection is up on a certain site but can't because everyone is secretive about the site. And by the time you discover the site stuff is sold out. So no matter how we go about things it will sell out because we are not the only ones that stalk. And whose to say the people on this very site y'all pm could be the same eBay sellers. Anyway this community is about sharing and the last few months attitudes have changed so much around here that makes it so unenjoyable at times. That's my two cents. Anyway I'll be heading to the store on my lunch break so hopefully I'll get everything I want.

I think the announcement should be pinned at the top of this forum i can tell alot of members have not read it becuz they are doing exactly what is no longer allowed ,no telling people not to mention certain information is a major part of the announcement and also no sending pms with secret information the point of the forum is to share if you want to post secret info pay the $45 membership fee for the private forum

I stopped by my local Macys last night, and asked how well were they stocked on lipsticks for the collection. I was told they only received two of each color, and one has to be used as the tester.

Over in the UK I am having a mini stalk fest too. Selfridges had an early release exclusive, and MAC sold out of items very quickly, so now I'm eyeing up Debenhams and House of Fraser. It's nice to know my buddies across the Atlantic are doing the same, and I'm not alone!!

Really?? I thought I read in a prior collection post that when this happens they don't bother making a tester to give customers a chance. That really sucks, hope another will have more stock in your favor. I'm over stalking, going to get dressed in a few to decide what store to freeze outside of. Good luck ladies that are out there.
