i know people bash on mac employees all the time and ive always kind of agreed with it. but i really notice it more now. i was at the store yesterday and the phone was ringing and the girl working there is just like don't even answer it. so snobby and rude. i don't know where some people get off thinking they're hot shit just because they're makeup artists. sorry but it's true

Totally agree with you, I mean they are usually mean or at least snobby, but this was by far the worst experience I've had at a MAC store. Srsly, I came in looking for 2 products and you don't even want to sell them to me? .... Makes me feel bad for people that weren't as persistent and didn't get what they wanted because an employee decided to be a b!tch and not sell it to them.

Everyone has bad days. In retail, it's tough because you work with people and it's open to perception. I don't like bad customer service and I will quickly ask for someone else instead if deal with attitude. Especially on the phone.

You know, if she had just been a tiny bit rude, maybe I would have been sorry she was prob having a bad day, but there's no reason why you should ever scream to a customer like me, who is being nothing but nice, a big smile on my face.... I know everyone has bad days, but I didn't deserved to be yelled at for wanting to buy something :/

Another option for a liner for Bad Girl RiRi is Milani's liner in Simply Natural. It's from the old liners, not the new ones, but it's almost an exact match. The best part, I got it for $1 at Dollar Tree.

I'm done with this collection.i have to say that its messed up that people are selling the lippies for $50 dollars on the flip side it some wonderful angels who I have gotton items from at cost (erine,debbs,cr8zy4mac,cartoonchic)I'm a lucky person to have have theses angels here I have items in my sell thread the only time I put a mark up on something its because I must of paided more for the items otherwise its at retail or below now don't get me wrong i don't mind paying a little mark up because I have done it before but $50 dollars for a lipstick never unless its tom ford

Tell me if this seems weird... i was in line at a mac store that had a nordstroms down the corner (mall) and I was number five. We filled out forms marking what we wanted and were only allowed one each. time comes, and after the third person the lippies are all sold out. Is it normal for the stores to only have THREE lippies???? I call fowl on this one. Either way I got my pleasure bomb from the launch and some bad girl riri from bloomingdales headed my way. I'll post up soon!

Tom Ford & Marc Jacobs lipsticks are IMHO are not worth their prices....especially when YSL Rouge Pur lippies & Giorgio Armani Lip Maestro are Bomb...but then again this is my opinion after trying TF flamingo L/S & MJ L/S.

Both of my Nordstrom orders are stuck at "shipping label created." No updates and the label was created on 12/10. This has never happened to me. Idk if I should keep waiting and see if it changes or if I should call Nordstrom and check on this.

Yes I love my Guerlain RA lippies my favs are 165, 166 & the new one Reflex 661 from the Holiday Collex. Chanel also makes some of my fav extatique & eclatante (genial, super, kensington, coco pink)...I'm such a lipstick hoarder. Dior L/S are also good

What didn't you like about TF & MJ lippies? I have very few high end/designer items. I get most of my stuff from MAC & Sephora.
