RiRi Hearts MAC Holiday Collection (December 12, 2013)

I'm so dang pissed! One of my Nordies orders came in via UPS on friday, and I was home all day... waiting. They run early where I live, so by 2PM I decided to check my tracking since it still hadn't arrived. Imagine my surprise when it said "delivered." So I open the door, look around... no package
. I head down to my leasing office, they check the back... no package
. I call UPS, hoping they can explain WHY I don't have my package, and WHERE it is, and also WTF "met customer man" means (that was what they listed as "proof of delivery"). I had to call nordies, who offered to give me back my money since my lippies were sold out, but I chose to open an investigation instead and get a refund IF they can't retrieve the package from where the hell ever it is
! I was told an investigation takes up to 8 days, but apparently, the lazy ass driver ( who NEVER even came to my door) handed the package off to some guy coming from the general direction of my place (which was more than likely my neighbor who has conveniently been "not home" for the last 2 days)... so I'm pretty much down one order and now have to find something else to get my sister for Christmas because I REFUSE the pay ebay prices to replace the PB and BGRR I bought her. I figure I'm pretty much SOL since the driver most likely won't be able to recover the package, and I can't necessarily storm my neighbors house to check for it (though I'm 95% sure they have it based on the description the driver gave and the fact he said he'd been dropping off multiple packages to the same place all week... our house #s are identical EXCEPT for the 2nd number, so he just EFFed up). I know it's only lipstick, but it's MY lipstick and money wasted... I better not see her wearing ANYTHING looking slightly close to either one of those lipsticks or I'm going to Sharkeisha her ass on sight

@SeaBreeze: I'm sorry for you! This is really infuriating! Y'all look stunning with the lipsticks on! I asked my boss if I could start work an hour earlier at 10 and she said yes, so my chances of getting the lipsticks have increased. Yaay! Even though I'm still unsure since I'm working in the store that sells MAC and I don't know if I'm even allowed to buy something before the store opens its gates for regular customers... On the other hand, I'm not a fulltime employee, I'm only working as a cashier until christmas. Well, we'll see.

Dont know if this is to much, but maybe u should go file a police report, based on the ups guy description of ur neighbor. I'll have to wait until UPS finishes their investigation, but I feel the same way. But UPS is trying to cover their tail, and are trying to deal with me as little as they can because they know I'm pissed and they messed up... they keep telling me that everything has to go through nordstroms because they were the shipper and the probe had to be initiated through them. But despite it all, Nordstroms has a forever customer in me due to the fact that they are on top of their business and are trying to go out of their way to clear it all up. UPS on the other hand can go bankrupt as far as I'm concerned
I'll have to wait until UPS finishes their investigation, but I feel the same way. But UPS is trying to cover their tail, and are trying to deal with me as little as they can because they know I'm pissed and they messed up... they keep telling me that everything has to go through nordstroms because they were the shipper and the probe had to be initiated through them. But despite it all, Nordstroms has a forever customer in me due to the fact that they are on top of their business and are trying to go out of their way to clear it all up. UPS on the other hand can go bankrupt as far as I'm concerned

Looks great on you! I'm still deciding whether to grab it or not since I prefer the color with the overspray, and $30 seems a lot for something I'm going to want to forget about as soon as the overspray fades.RiRi Love- Bronzing powder on the cheeks and "R" from this powder on the lid

Thanks, I hope so too. I just found out I can grab BGRR at a Macy's about 15 minutes from me, so I'll probably head out tomorrow and pick it up so I can at least make sure she gets one of them.
