I pulled out my Superb and WoG because I hadn't been using them to see if I like them enough to justify another EDSF. I can't seem to get any product on to my face. Even when I swatch with my finger I don't really see any color payoff. I used Superb today with the Illamasqua highlighter brush which is really dense and normally picks up a ton of product. I swear there is nothing on my face. What am I missing?
That's strange when I swatch Superb it shows up big time, WoG not so much but Superb definitely shows up. I wonder what it could be.

I'm NC20. I don't see even a hint of highlight on my face. My highlighter drawer is overflowing at this point. I'm almost relieved to find something to purge lol!!

So strange. Do you have this problem with MSFs as well? Well at least it is one less thing to buy!

Ok so how can I get on this cut back resolution. I need help to stay focused.
Well this launches before New Years, so no need to cut back on it! I guess that doesn't help any, does it? :haha:
Thanks for the swatches. It does look similar to Patina and Modern Pewter and I have both so I think I can easily skip.
It definitely looks like both!
When I got it, I was too iffy about it on my complexion so I ended up selling it. Same thing happened with Diamonds, but I sold that one off because I couldn't deal with the cream texture on my oily skin type. But skipper's remorse is already trying to set in with Superb lol... I just don't want it to sit untouched! I'd use it, but I know I wouldn't reach for it a whole lot.
Don't do it girl! Stay strong!

That is odd. I have not had this happen with any of my EDSF. Maybe take a q-tip or cotton pad and rub a little layer off the top? I know that's what we had to do with the ED blushes. Maybe because you have not used them for awhile!?! strange. Don't give up on them! WoG is hands down my favorite highlighter.

OMG! The EDSF are $30? Were they that much previously? Maybe I only need one...
I'd love to only get one, but both of the new ones are gorgeous - it's a toss up between the subtle nude peach of Fairly Precious vs. the very smooth, barely there golden warmth of Magnetic Appeal.

I look great in Glorify, but MA is just beyond Glorify in so many ways - so much more sophisticated and all-year-round. It's way less metallic and in your face. Meanwhile, I didn't care for Shell Pearl BP - it had too powdery of a texture for my skin. But Fairly Precious is everything Shell Pearl is but with such a better texture, like natural skin and again just a hint of sheen.

I'm probably going to get them both, even though I also have zillions of highlighters. I think these are quite special, though.

I might only get one of the new blushes, though - they look quite similar on me, just Pleasure Model is a bit deeper than Autoerotique - same basic color, though. I'm going back in later today to retry everything to make a final decision.

When I bought Glorify in April 2012 it was $29. Of course that was more than a year ago though and of course more EDSF's have been introduced since then.

If any are introduced in 2014 don't be surprised if they're $31 or $32.

I will wipe them off with a cotton ball tonight and try one more time. If that doesn't work out, purge pile they go!! Thank you!

I'm going to pretend that you didn't say that

I think I'll just go for FP. It sounds like what I've been looking for. And then there are PM, CI and MR...
