I am beginning to think that Instigator is reminding me of CHANEL's La Provocante Lipstick. However, it isn't quite dark enough to be NARS' Train Bleu. Anyways, I just wish we had solid confirmation if these lipsticks are Retro Matte or not. Not that being regular matte will keep me from buying them but the allure or being retro was a big part of the appeal for me.
